waste of time and money

Seagal is one of the worst actors in Hollywood and now that is unemployed he is going to China to do even worse movies than the one he usually do. This movie is so bad could be interesting for curious people to see it.

Wicker man(1973) meets Rosemary's baby

This movie has the similar atmosphere of Wicker Man or Rosemary's Baby but in a modern version, it is like a fresh movie using those concepts, the movie is great and is well written, with good acting, I do not know how to explain that the movie can be sometimes slow but in a good way, the movie keeps you interested even if you already figured out what is happening, there are only good points in this movie, I cannot think of a bad point because even the humor is well applied, the concept is great...

I recommend to see this movie without any doubt, but if you don't like psychological suspense / horror or similar, stay away from this gem.

The Autopsy of Jane Doe (2016)

One of the best horror films of the last years

I never expect that this film was good, but it was good to see this one without high expectations because the result is that I did not believe how good is this film. I really enjoyed and I recommend this film for any horror film fan, or any other person who wants to see a good acting movie, good atmosphere, this is the proof that when someones have talent can do great things even with low money, because this film is low budget film but you wont notice that because this film is almost perfect in every segment.

The Unspoken (2015)

Is watchable if you are fan of horror movies

If you want to see a horror movie, and you have seen most of them, this one will entertain you, is not the best but is a decent horror flick with decent acting, it can keep you trying to understand what is going one, and you wont know until the end of the movie. Please do not see this movie with great expectations, but I can guarantee that if you are fan of horror movies this one will be decent for you.

Underworld: Blood Wars (2016)

I liked this film, and yes, I am fan of the saga

I can say this one, is one of the best movies of the saga Underworld, is a good action movie, with a good story. If you have seen all the previous movies of underworld you will love this one, because is like a fresh restart, but without deleting all the past like happened in Terminator Genesys (I hated) and is well written.

This time vampires and werewolves are amazingly organize, and the story continues in a good way. You can go to see this one without any fear, you wont regret it.

The Bye Bye Man (2017)

6/10 is not as bad as the reviews says

This is not the best movie of horror of all time, but is a different horror flick from the traditional flicks nowadays. I don't understand why so much hate around this movie, I think the Movie deserves a 6/10, it has good story and original story, the movie has some good moments, and the ending is OK. The mystery behind the first 10 min of movie are good because they make you want to keep seeing just to know what is actually happening. I wanted to review this movie because despite the awful reviews I decided to give an opportunity, and it is good to see with your girlfriend. I repeat this is not the best movie or is not even a good movie, but is not that bad as the reviews are saying. Don't expect to much, but is very watchable.

Has good moments

This movie is an attempt to create a romantic story about elder adults, but I don't think Douglas and Keaton has a good connection, I don't see that spark and charm between them, they look like very forced to be in love. Douglas is not the kind of actor that can play this kind of roles, he lacks Charm, but Nicholson is way better than Douglas playing this type of role. The movie is not bad, but is not good as you may think due the actors are great Hollywood stars. The Movie also has some specific short moments of Racism and you can never have racism in a romantic movie. If the racism were managed with humor, that could fit in the movie, but Douglas is a very serious actor, he is not as good as comedian, In this case the movie has some deep good moments, but overall I can say this movie, has not been good as I expected. 6/10

It Follows (2014)

Good mystery and suspense story

I really enjoyed this movie, you have to see it for yourself, it is a good mystery, suspense flick with good moments, it is not the best movie out there so not expect to much, but still worth the time. It follows is and IT and do not try to understand it. Good idea and very original. It will keep following you and is not a ghost or an alien or a serial killer is just an IT. Run, hide, but it will keep looking for you and following. It is very simple. Do not expect to much horror, but expect a good mystery suspense movie. I Do not understand why some people give so bad review to a movie that is intended to be slow, to be involving, and is what you get. This is not the conjuring, insidious, the ring, or any of those kind of Intense horror ghost stories. This is different, this is more John Carpenter style, is the atmosphere and the suspense that makes this a good movie.

The Changeling (1980)

Great ghost film!!

I will advice you to see this film in the complete darkness and with a good sound home theater, it deserves a good big screen, and a great sound. This movie is based on the sound and what you cannot see. It delivers the kind of scare that continues with you when you have to go the kitchen in the darkness and you feel forced to turn on the lights of the hall to get to the kitchen. It is scary, but in a smooth way and it builds more and more until you feel really scared. I invite you to see this movie but with a good sound, because without it, it lost the 70% of its Art, yes this movie is art. We need this kind of artists working on the current horror movies.

Goodnight Mommy (2014)

Not scary at all

I am a huge fan of horror films, and this one is not a good one, I understand that some people like this kind of movie were the silence is everywhere, is very predictable, my wife and me realized everything that was happening at the first 25 min of movie. It was difficult to me not to fell asleep while watching the film, I really had high expectations and I can say that this film is on my top 20 worst films I ever seen, and I have seen a lot of terrible films, I am the kind of person that has watched all the horror films (Mexican, Japanese, Thailand, French, ALL countries).

Really this is a bad bad bad boring film! Even the screenplay is bad (there are like 5 pages of dialog in the entire film) End is VERY VERY Predictable and is a copy of another much Japanese Film. What I don't understand is all the hype around this movie if the movie really sucks.

Gravity (2013)

Excellent Sci-Fi Drama FILM!!!!

I don't know how to start... PLEASE SEE THIS MOVIE IN 3D!, I went yesterday night to see this amazing film in 4DX, and it WORTH every PESO I PAID...

I just can say please go and see it. Please don't expect an action film Aliens style, this one is more "realistic" but obviously there are a lot of fantasy moments but closer to reality that other space films.

You will feel the emptiness of the space, space is not friendly, you will miss our warm, fresh, gravity earth.

Sandra Bullock is not one of my favorites for this kind of films but she did a great work. Alfonso Cuaron and Emmanuel Lubezki are a winner team, Lubezki is a genius, and he will win an Oscar for the AMAZING PHOTOGRAPHY, EARTH AND SPACE ARE BEAUTIFULLY PRESENTED.

Looper (2012)

Good Movie but makes no sense at all

The movie lacks of sense, I don't understand why people is calling this a clever plot!!?? I think writers should take some basic physic lessons, this movie lacks completely of sense of a time-line. There are two different plots and the plot is weak, the acting performance is good, and the film is well realized but please the story not make any sense at all, is just a bad story about time travel mixed with some action and super powers.

If you think a little bit the movie shouldn't even exist hahaha, because the broke all the physics law and is not logical at all.

Please writers next time study a little more about common sense.
