First off, I'm a college graduate in my 20s. I don't have kids, and I don't do drugs.
You can be a perfectly normal, well adjusted adult and still enjoy this show. Why? Because it's fascinatingly, hilariously surreal, in the kind of way that Pee Wee's Playhouse was when I was growing up. This show plays like the end result of what would happen if Tex Avery and Salvador Dali collaborated on a TV series. It is visually very clever and energetic, and it's got humor that adults will appreciate (how many kids would get the "Game of Death" references in the Karate Island episode?). To top it all off, the show is endlessly inventive.
A great show for kids and adults.
