Life of Pi (2012)
Incredible, Inspiring, spiritually moving!
This film not only kept me entertained, throughout its entirety, but it also provided a lot to think about after I was finished watching. I loved the seamless plot but besides that, the concepts of religions being malleable because in actuality, all religions are one and the same, depending on how you look at it. It was a beautiful concept that several religions could live at peace in one person, who had the open-mindedness to believe in them all! The story was both gripping, and stretched the imagination to new heights. If i could insist to everyone reading this to watch this movie, PLEASE WATCH THIS MOVIE! It will move you, I can almost guarantee that! (unless you are uneasily moved)
The Raven (2006)
Pathetic
This laughable excuse for a film was both aesthetically assaulting and insulting....to the viewer and to the media industry. there was nothing even remotely entertaining or well done about this production. the whole thing wasn't even worth the edit that would have told them not to attempt to bring it into the world. i couldn't even watch the whole thing. someone decided they could make a film just because they had a cheap camera and some makeup one could purchase at any Walgreens. I could film something better than this with a potato. I don't know whats worse, the film itself, or the fact that someone allowed this garbage to be published....shame publishers. I'd say the same to the producers, but seeing as this must have been a no-budget film, i think its safe to say there are no producers to blame for such catastrophic defecation of the film industry. My advice...DO NOT WATCH THIS FILM! (Strongly recommended)
Max Magician and the Legend of the Rings (2002)
Worst Film Ever
If someone were to ask me what the worst part of this movie were, I would respond, "the part where I watched it." I can honestly say it was THE worst excuse for...any kind of performance to be honest, that I have ever seen. I have seen better acting from a group of 7 year olds in an elementary production of the Wiz. The acting was appalling, not to mention they literally re-dubbed the entire movie. Upon discovering that the villain was portrayed by the script writers land lord, I scoffed. The plot also made no sense, and on more than one occasion, the lead character would find himself speaking to someone that had not previously been introduced in the film, but he spoke to each other as if they had had a vast relevance.
The script was abysmal! I didn't know what was going on for more than half the film....well truthfully, even at the end, the point was still amiss.
In short, this film was THE BIGGEST LOAD OF CRAP that has EVER been introduced to the world!!
The best thing I can say for it, was throughout I could not stop cracking up.
