Shadyantra (2022)
All the serious film makers need towatach this.
Very seldom you find a movie which ticks all the boxes. It starts with some extremely poor acting, and almost all of them are competing with each other with overacting, shouting their dialouges. Not sure who is the winner here in poor acting. No screen play, zero direction skills, even the swimming pool referred here is not visible, the location is so un real. All I can say a big wow. How do you manage to get almost everything so wrong. And all this finally enticed me (such a lazy person ) to oepn thiswebsite and write this that what a waste it has beenfor me. I still finishedas thought that willwriee a reviw.
Code Name: Tiranga (2022)
Topped for me in the worst category made film
This film made me to think what were the director thinking while making this film. I am sure all the people who create the flim have some expectation that it will be like 3 Idiots making history, Come on what were you thinking it will top the box office with such pathetic film. Weak story is an understatement, infact no storyline, poor screenplay, fits and pieces copied from here and there, even a randomized script would do a better job than this one. Even watching on Netflix is making me feel as if watching the movie is an utter crime by wasting my own time. I could very well sleep and make better use of the time. And advice to Pariniti, try doing some web series some goodones better than working in movies likethis.
Avatar: The Way of Water (2022)
Quite a disappointment but can understand
Well the bar in the first movie is so high, and sometimes this is the problem with the sequel to match the expectation. The movie has the stunning visuals with the imaganarity world, but other than that stopy seems to be copied from bits and pieces from the first part itself, the only difference that it was on soil and this was under water. The story is quite slow and considering that it is 3 hours long, it acts as a double edged sword. I am sure that coming from the backdrop of the already established imaginary world with the remarkable visuals and having an advantage of 10 years advanced technology, the only thing was required here was a gripping story.
Laal Singh Chaddha (2022)
Quite boring film actually overall
Well I have been a big fan of Amir and so far whatever has done, has been quite outstanding, but this film disappointed me. Amir appeared so un natural, big eyes rolling all over, just like PK came over again. It felt so unreal as was not able to connect with the characters at all. The film did appeal to me in bits and pieces but during the age of insta reels and youtube shorts, the film needs to be far more gripping than what it had. I have been a great supporter of Amir and will continue to do so. Hopefully he would do justice to his upcomming films like he as almost done everytime in the past.
No Time to Die (2021)
Bond never dies
I have been watching up all the years from Sean Connery days and every time the movie ended, it would leave a void in me, as if I left the station of my hometown and I would be back only after few years for the joy of a week. This essence of loss will stay with me for sometime and then the optimism will light up my heart and will wait eagerly for the next movie. This time it was different. A part of me was also dead along with the bond. We are used to see bond running amidst of firing bullets and we know none of the bullets will hit him. We are happy with that as we know that we have not come to watch a movie with realism / documentary. I would have tolerated a villain who is not as dangerous as others. I would have also tolerated somewhat boring drama. I would also have tolerated someone else would have became bond. But I cannot fathom how and why on earth Bond is killed in action !!!. All the bond movies I watch multiple times, but would not this one. A part of me is also dead with Bond.
Mumbai Diaries (2021)
No need to mix fiction with real stories
So many things are changed and twisted, then whats the point of giving a real name. Would have been nice if it was made truly a fictional story with fictional undertone. In that case I would have given 6 stars.
1962: The War in the Hills (2021)
Vague Story with faking incidents on the name of reality.
There are some movies / content which entice you to go to website and make an extra effort to rate and write comments. When a series has a name like this the people are drawn to it knowing that, it would have some credibility in terms of events and incidents. Why fake it if there are real heroes for 1962 War. Why loosely resemble Param Vir Chakra Maj Shaitan Singh ? Why cant we talk about the great hero with name and use the real incidents ? If you were to fake it, you might have kept the name and plot like Tiger, at least the expectation of the people would be accordingly. In the name of creative liberty, you can add salt to cuisine, but not cuisine to salt.
Alien Warfare (2019)
Best in the Bad Category
Usually I am able to tolerate all kind of movies while forwarding in bits and pieces. But this one, perhaps was designed to dominate in the badly made category of movies. Cheers.
Zero (2018)
One of the finest poor movie ever made
There are very few movies which surprise me so much that I am bound to open IMDB website and compelled to put a review and a rating and indeed zero was one of them.Wow I am mesmerized with the incredible foolishness with which the movie was made. I am not sure what were they thinking just because we love SRK does not mean that we just about do anything. This is an insult to the movie industry.
October (2018)
This movie leaves you with an emptiness inside
The movie can be described in one simple line, however when you watch this movie, it is so real that you can transform yourself into the movie as if you were present yourself. No doubt it depicts the pain of the people in such exquisite way that you feel it for yourself. It also depicts the day to day life of every individual in such a way, that if you were to describe it, you would know the limitations of words.
Schindler's List (1993)
A fine movie takes you the times of WWII
A great movie which takes you to the journey of WW2 Era where you can feel the pain of the people who suffered during that time. It depicts the great character of the people of that time who fought against it. It is heartening to see that during that time where were few people who could bet their everything on saving lives of others. No wonder the world survived so long to all those brave men like Schindler.
