Friendship is Magic is Okay
25 November 2023
While it may have dwindled in quality with its later five seasons, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic is an okay show that's like the equivalent of a horse ride. It may not be a great galloping ride, but I had a good time regardless. Bronies, Pegasisters, and fans will enjoy the ride, but for others, I recommend watching it once and see if it's your cup of tea. I give this animated Hasbro magical horse series a 7/10 rating.

List of Ratings for each season

Season 1 - 9/10 - a great start for an animated revival series.

Season 2 - 7/10 - a slight downgrade but still a good ride.

Season 3 - 6/10 - an average but enjoyable season nonetheless.

Season 4 - 8/10 - a defiant upgrade in what I think should have been a series finale.

Season 5 - 6/10 - Aside from the season premiere and finale, it's just an average-at-best season.

Season 6 - 5/10 - Aside from its awful finale, I consider it to be just a mediocre season overall.

Season 7 - 7/10 - Definitely could have been better but a least as enjoyable as season two.

Season 8 - 4/10 - The worst season of the series from start to finish.

Season 9 - 6/10 - Not a great way to end the series but it is a slight improvement and on same level as season three.

Overall Series - 7/10 - Not a great show but it was an okay experience.

Best Movie!
22 February 2019
Christopher Robin is a great Disney live action film since The Jungle Book. Sure it may not be 100% perfect with the story structure being too similar to Steven Spielberg' Hook, but like the film, it manage to succeed our expectations with a charmingly story, CG visuels on Winnie the Pooh capture there animated counterparts with a mix of the original A.A. Milne designs and the toys they were based on, same funny Winnie the Pooh humor we all love, acting from the live action cast is spot on and voice acting, especially from the old one like Jim Cummings and Brad Garrett, that somewhat capture the voices of the original 1977 animated film. This is strongly a high recommendation for both Winnie the Pooh fans, Ewan McGregor fans (who play the title character) and even Disney fans who enjoy the Winnie the Pooh movies. I gave this Marc Forster 7 Year Winnie the Pooh film a 9/10 for being the best recent Disney live action film since The Jungle Book in 2016.

Pixar's Coco is Pixar's Best Mexican Animated Film!
22 February 2019
Coco is Pixar's great original animated Pixar film in a long time since Inside Out. While not perfect with its unoriginal writing, it manages to be a great movie with a well executed story that focuses on the importance of family, imaginative and creative animation with beautiful colors, well developed and memorable characters, and the voice actors that a splendid job. If you are a Pixar fan or if you like the holiday, Día de Muertos, this is must watch film for everybody to see and enjoy. I gave this Mexican-theme Pixar film a 9/10 rating for being the best original animated film Pixar has made since Inside Out.

Pokémon: the Movie: I Choose You is OKAY!
22 February 2019
Pokémon the Movie: I Choose You! Is an fairly okay animated spectacle that long time fans may not enjoy but some non-fans will.

While not the best anniversary film with its rushed pacing, reliance on nostalgia, and characters ranging from decent (Verity, Sorrel and Bonjj) to underwhelming (Marshadow), the movie is entertaining enough to be like any other Pokémon movie with a fairly okay story with a good Ash & Pikachu narrative, gorgeously beautiful and action packed animation, good and decent voice acting (Dub and Sub) and the soundtrack (both sub and dub) is fairly good. Now some pokemon fans, the older ones may not like it, but if you are one of the newer fans or if you seen the anime or the movies, that this will be a good family film. I gave this okay 20th Anniversary Pokémon movie an 7/10 rating for being a fairly okay Pokémon film.

My Little Pony: The Movie is a mediocre MESS!
22 February 2019
While not the worst nor the best hand-drawn film or Hasbro film I seen, My Little Pony: The Movie in it's core is a generic mediocre mess of a kids film with a repetitive and predicable story, animation that is just good at best, a cast of bland and one-dimensional characters (old & new), and the songs (with the exception of Sia's Rainbow) are nothing but forgettable Disney-style rip-offs. If your a fan of MLP: FIM (either a pegasister or a brony), then you would most likely enjoy it, but for non-fans and fans of hand-drawn animation, this is just a movie made just to sell toys that I recommend to just use as a kid distracter film. I gave this Hasbro/MLP movie a 5/10 rating for being a generic mediocre mess.

Average Movie!
22 February 2019
With The Lego Ninjago Movie, I thought it was going to be good as The LEGO Movie, but it turn out to be the most average LEGO movie I had ever seen with a misleading story, dull and boring characters and animation that's not enjoyable as the previous LEGO movies. I gave this Lego piece a 6/10 rating for being the your average Warner Bros. LEGO film.
