The movie uses forbidden love between two persons who present two completely different worlds which is not a new method but love with zombie, that is insane ! Recently, ghosts, vampires, and beasts have been noticeable as wonderful lovers in chick flicks. Nobody would think zombie would stand out (or fit in) as such sweet, attentive, WARM lover. Zombies in Warm Bodies are far from their relatives in The Walking Dead which people have been familiar with. Zombie R aka the narrator, for example, is a very good-looking, insightful, lovable brain-eating creature. The horror and romantic implements tremendously parallel throughout the movie. The love story of R and Julie is very interesting. The movie is funny and cute, not a bash of romance but full of optimism and actually clever. Teenagers swoon over Twilight, you should watch this !

Platt or Solomon Northup? The movie reflects a dark side of society. God evidently created mankind equally. But this sense of equality was once tremendously altered by human's sinful nature, selfishness, hatred. The main character choose to be submissive in order to survive. He never gives up despite the reality of being considered a slave and the pressure from the other hopelessly lost and pessimistic slaves. The story itself is extremely depressed with all the realistic struggling and hatreds. One of the most amazing fragments of the movie is its demonstration of spiritual hope in Lord, in a better place. Received an Oscar for playing Patsey, Lupita Nyong'o manages to bring out the best performance of a young, smart, hard working woman but sadly, lost. It is so sad to see this young girl who believes in heaven, in God also passionately believes in death that directly bring her back to where she first created. Michael Fassbender's performance is so monumental. He reflects a typical slaver: brutal, arrogant, hypocrite. Not only a historical memoir, 12 Years a Slave is a reminder to people how the evil and good parallel and stratify the society.

This performance marks 3 years after the "come-out" of Ellen Degeneres. FYI, Ellen was raised in a strict Christian Science environment, and although she no longer goes to that church, she believes in God and her belief is evidently shown in this performance. As she always has been funny and witty style, Ellen also shows her love and passion for people and animals. My favorite part is how Ellen chooses to end the show with such impressive story of her meeting with God. It makes us laugh for the moment, but then when we find "the silence", we can see how incredible and sophisticated this woman is. If you are a fan of Ellen DeGeneres, you cannot miss this.

The Impossible itself is a remarkable story of human survival. It starts with an ordinary family, an ordinary couple, an ordinary getaway from their time- consuming life to enjoy with their children. But just right at the moment you think life could be perfect for once, the possible disaster crush and shatter that fanciful picture. The next 100 minutes of the movie demonstrate the family's journey, bringing us from agony to ecstasy. One of the fragments to create such success for the movie is definitely the acting of Naomi Watts, Ewan McGregor and newbie Tom Holland. It is very sophisticated to see the oxymoron between the two parents. The mentally strength is rooted in a feminine form. The mother (Watts) incredibly overcomes the physical pain with bravery, determination and survival skills. In the other hand, we see the extreme emotional side of the father (McGregor) that could make you knees go weak. Undoubtedly this movie marks the finest performance of Ewan McGregor since Moulin Rouge. The child actors are amazing, especially Tom Holland, who we can see growing up throughout the film. Surprisingly, the movie is not miserable at all, it reflects hope and family value which keep the family members going strong and fighting firm for their lives.
