Free Birds (2013)
Unironic gold, by my low, low standards.
Merry Thanksgiving, I'm definitely not late for that holiday! This is seriously one of my favorite films ever, which is proof to not have me over to your house for a sleepover.
All I leave here is for you (yes you) to watch the fight seen between Jake and Ranger. Best movie scene of the past 7 years.
Rabbids Go Home (2009)
Best Wii exclusive. You can't argue against this.
Super Who Galaxy? What Sports? Where Chronicles? Nah mate, it's all about them Raging Raving Rabid Rabbids!
Now don't get me wrong, 2 out of 3 of those alluded games are good (you CANNOT make me play Xenoblade. You just can't.), but none of them compare to how much fun that Go Home has in it. The plot's alright (it's more or less the plot of Literally Half of Rabbids Invasion season 3: The rabbids wanna go to the moon, because it's their home), but unlike the repetitive season 3, the wackiness and crude humor really elevate how good any plot can be if you're creative with it.
The motion controls are great too! Easily some of the best in any Wii game I've played (and believe me, I've played like 20, wait I'm not a good judge for this) and it certainly is a unique, memorable game.
Also, the fact that the rabbid customization part of the game got spun-off into an actual Wii channel should tell you something. I don't know what that something is, but it sure is something.
The Adventures of Kid Danger (2018)
Pretty great show, but the live-action is a little better.
My original review here was ignorant and outdated, so here I am redoing it.
Anyway, this series was hilarious, and while I (and probably everyone else) prefer its live-action counterpart over it, I still think there's 3 things Kid Danger did better.
The 1st thing is having half the episode length as Henry Danger. Due to now being 11 minutes over 22, they have the time to do shorter plots without the episode being stretched.
The 2nd thing is weirder plots. Henry Danger is far from grounded in sanity, but being animated helps it do weirder plots (like how could a popcorn monster work on a live-action TV budget and not look weird?).
The 3rd thing is the removed laugh tracks. Don't get me wrong, I love laugh tracks, but they usually break the flow of speech between characters. Without it here, lines like "That looks like a shoe." "Your mom looks like a shoe." have the best delivery it can get.
All in all, it's a great series, but the live-action show does most stuff better.
SpongeBob SquarePants: Someone's in the Kitchen with Sandy/The Inside Job (2009)
Pretty good, but I get why the former's hated.
I understand why people SITKWS (the ending was rushed and it can be pretty boring), but the rest was pretty decent. Plankton impersonating Sandy was pretty funny and made the episode better, and the plot was pretty interesting. However, The Inside Job was hilarious and is 1 of my favorite episodes from season 7 (alongside Tentacle Vision, The Main Drain, and Back To The Past). The jokes really work and the plot is engaging and creative.
The Fairly OddParents: A Wish Too Far!/Tiny Timmy! (2001)
The absolute worst episode of the show mixed with one in my bottom 20.
Fairly OddParents is one of those shows that gets better over time, and episodes like this are the reason why! A Wish Too Far! is the worst one of them all, followed by such "classics" like The Big Scoop!, Ruled Out, New Squid In Town, and Inspection Detection. Tiny Timmy isn't nearly as bad, but it still sucks. At least Tiny Timmy had some funny jokes, AWTF! was just horrible (it's other POV episode was just as bad).
SpongeBob SquarePants: One Coarse Meal/Gary in Love (2010)
Pretty good episodes, but I can understand the hatred of the former.
Let me say here that both episodes are great, but I understand why people dislike One Coarse Meal (I prefer Gary In Love as well). Yes, One Coarse Meal does have some bad implications, but it really uses them to make the episode funnier. The only reason I don't consider it to be the most underrated episode is because I think it's good at best.
SpongeBob SquarePants: My Leg!/Ink Lemonade (2018)
The best SpongeBob episodes of the year (so far).
Both Episodes are hilarious (but My Leg! is slightly funnier). The plots are good and the execution is superb! I can understand why people hate Ink Lemonade, but I still think it was great. I haven't seen such a perfect episode pairing since Rise And Shine/Waiting/Fungus Among Us.
SpongeBob SquarePants: SpongeBob, You're Fired (2013)
The most underrated episode of the post-sequel era (to me at least).
This episode is really underrated. However, I understand why this episode gets much hatred (pacing was a problem here). The humor is really well made and the plot is engaging. All in all, I consider Goodbye, Krabby Patty? (the other season 9 special) to have worser execution.
The Problem Solverz (2011)
An extremely underrated series.
I never understood why people hate this. Minus the high amount of colors and unsettling designs, it wasn't even bad. It's right up there with Squirrel Boy and Almost Naked Animals in underrated-ness. It featured a lot of talented voice actors in it, showing they were going all out. The designs weren't as bad as the ones in Camp Lakebottom.
Parker Plays (2017)
It's drop-down hilarious.
This show is hilarious! I've never been big on gaming shows, but this just has the type of energy and humor that I love in programs. Parker is the perfect person to be cast as the main character on here, as everything about him is humorous, even how he looks! A bit of a shame that there hasn't been a new episode since 2018, but since it airs almost daily, I still think there is a chance for a 3rd season.
