The real horror of this movie is that Emma Roberts is suffering from post-partum depression and literally no one is around to support her. Her husband does nothing but bring her the baby and then go off to work (fine someone has to work, but really?). The psychiatrist they bring in sits with her for fives minutes and says "here, take these pills" and then leaves after telling her "your feelings aren't real".
By the end she's "cured" her depression by imagining up a non-existent threat that makes her realize how important her baby really is to her.
And then by the end...she's having another baby. Because, why not, right?
Big yikes for that message, kids.
