The Bank (1915)
One of the first action comedies
The story is the same as most of the action movies a hundred years later.
Charlie Chaplin made a preview to Die Hard without words and more comedy.
Quiet interesting and funny.
Stumptown (2019)
That´s how you write a story for a strong woman
I liked every part of it.
Sure it isn´t the expensive series hit, that we are getting everywhere these days.
But if you are looking for a fun show, here you go.
I really liked the soundtrack and how it is eyplained.
But the main thing is, everyone is talking about strong female characters.
They are doing female remakes of "Ghostbusters" and "Ocean´s Eleven" and they won´t work.
And here is the thing, they all try to put in women in male characters. Try to write originals. If you invent characters like this, you don´t need a female "Jason Bourne" or a "Jane Bond".
Another thing is the cast, they really work together.
I really want to check out the comics after I watched the show.
Thanks to ABC that they decided to make a second season.
Stumptown: All Quiet on the Dextern Front (2020)
The First E-Scooter chase
Okay, I don´t know if it´s the first ever, but the first I´ve seen.
Oh... and the story is interesting too.
Barely Lethal (2015)
Actually quite entertaining
I came across this becase of Sophie Turner, Samuel L. Jackson & Jessica Alba.
First I thought it would be more like Cody Banks, but it´s more like a teenage RomCom (But not a bad one).
Sure the story is prettypredictable, but it got it´s funny moments.
I think it´s good for a sunday afternoon, when you don´t have anything else to do and want something easy.
The Last Dance: Episode VII (2020)
Probably the best episode
The reason why I think this is the best episode is, that it´s different.
First of all it shows the real MJ with his faults and not "the great Air Jordan".
You can see, that he could be a really mean guy.
Finally we can see Toni Kukoc, who played almost twice as much as Pippen. But he isn´t even mentioned, when they talk about "The last dance". They only talk about him as a player, when Jordan isn´t in the team.
