The King of Staten Island (2020)

Felt longer than a normal Apatow movie

If you stay awake the first 90 minutes and it's four jokes you are rewarded with a decent 45 minute feel-good-TV-special... that just kind of ends.

The trailer had some bits that made me laugh out loud so obviously I thought this would be a funny movie - a comedy if you will. Especially with the likes of Pete Davidson and Bill Burr on board but I was mistaken. For once bloopers were way funnier than the movie.

And Marisa Tomei is always a joy to watch.

Buried (2010)

Movie situated in a small box could easily get boring, so I was pleasantly surprised. But I just can't rate this any higher because of the ending.

I also heard a rumor - from a voice inside my head that was verified by the other voices inside my head - that this is movie a true story based on life of one Ryan Reynolds. And due to these events that really happened to him, he started his own telecommunications company.

Escape Plan (2013)

Surprisingly clever

Fun and entertaining prison escape movie with two of the biggest action stars of the 80s and the 90s. Just don't think too much of the premise while watching.

Also, it's really good to see Dr. Grant working with dinosaurs again.
