The Office: New Guys (2012)

Too many IMBD cry babies about this season.

While this is my least favorite season because of the storylines with the sound guy, and the painting on the warehouse wall.

And as far as continuity goes, I see people writing in their review that Andy changed this season. He totally didn't. He's actually the very same Andy he was from his first episode. Power changes people like Andy. If you can't see how that dynamic works, you probably won't be able to follow most shows.

Dr. Giggles (1992)

Not one of the classics.

I knew this film was garbage when I saw it in the theaters at 11 years old. It's a poor attempt at what could have been a wonderful horror film. The acting isn't horrible. It's the movie as a whole. The corny one liners, the poorly thought out plot, the huge let down of an ending...just bad.

Nostalgia just makes haters angry.

This IS a great film. You just have to have been a child in the 80's to appreciate the magic of it all.

I was 6 years old when my dad took me to see this on the big screen. At age 6, this movie was about as enjoyable as going to Disneyland. Frank Langella's Skeletor was absolutely terrifying for me. But of course, anyone familiar with Frank Langella's acting knows that he can take any role and make it work. Even in a goofy fantasy film like this, his acting comes off as epic and strong.

The only real reason anyone would have any beef with this movie is if they are die hard fans of the comic or cartoon, as this movie obviously took plenty of liberties with canon.

That being said, if you can ignore that, it's a REALLY fun movie! And if you enjoy 80's special effects, this movie has a plethora.

The Orville: Primal Urges (2019)
Season 2, Episode 2

Too many cry babies complaining.

Warning: Spoilers
This show is wonderful. These stories aren't outlandish by any means. If these characters were real, as we are to accept with all shows, then these are very likely situations for them to be in. Space travel isn't all about new planets and species. There are millions of lightyears between interesting discoveries. Does life not go on during those travels?

And to complain about the first two episodes being about the same character, that's just nitpicking.

Then you get the people who think Seth created a single gender species as an excuse to get two men to kiss on screen. It's 2019. If he only wanted two men to kiss on screen, he wouldn't bother disguising it. Don't be absurd. This is MacFarlane we're talking about here.
