Heartbreaking
19 February 2024
Warning: Spoilers
Just watched the first episode on ITVX after watching the first part of the episode I just couldn't believe how quickly the whole situation unfolded and seeing how overwhelmed they were before COVID started then for them all to be hit with the tidal wave of covid case, I found it especially hart to watch when a member of the cold zone team asking her boss "You would tell us if you had doubts, wouldn't you boss?" and watching the managers face as she tells them to trust the guidance, knowing deep down that the guidance couldn't be trusted and that it was swapping and changing everyday but whenever anyone confronted one of the big bosses they just kept using the same line "Trust the guidance."

Enjoyed every minute
31 January 2024
I have just come back from seeing this film and I enjoy every minute of it the casting played a huge part of this as the all of the cast seemed to really mould really well together, also whilst watching this film I saw that the key points that this film highlighted was depression, loneliness and grief, and each point was covered brilliantly.

How the key message from this film that I took away was that you should never try to hold on to the past no matter how much you want to, because you could end up missing out on all of the things that are happening in the present, which could lead you to miss out amazing opportunities.

Mixture of emotions
3 December 2023
I've just finished watching the movie and I'll tell you what, Jim Parsons and Ben Aldridge worked really well together throughout the movie from the word GO.

Whilst watching this movie I'd never really experienced so many emotions and feelings in 2 hours.

From the start of the movie I was feeling interested by the characters when they met, then when hearing the back story of one of the characters you feel quite sorry for them.

Then from there you feel a lot warmth and joy between the two characters which then becomes over shadowed when on of the characters gets some awful news.

But this brings those two characters to the very end which will make you cry your eyes out.

Great Show
14 May 2023
Upon watching this show for the last 4 weeks I have found that this show tackles two really important subjects. And it shows the huge amount of stress that A&E Doctors can find themselves under which can lead to mental health issues.

Which could lead to them to develop a dependency on the medication that they may have been prescribed and then coming off their medication to soon which could then lead onto issue with addiction.

The show then shows what can happen to families when addiction come into play and how it can affect others family members which could lead those family members having to make really difficult discussions in order to protect themselves and other family members such as children.

Brilliant but also a heartbreaking story
30 April 2023
Warning: Spoilers
Just watched this film today and upon watching it, it brought back memories for me when I was that age.

I really feel that this film really give you a good insight to how a separation/divorce can really impact the children mentally and also physically especially when going into their teenage years.

I also felt that this film did a great job putting the spotlight on self harming amongst young people, when watched those particular scenes I felt really unsettled as it brought back memories of when I did that to myself when I was that age.

Through out the film I was really hoping for a happy ending hoping that the son would get the help he needed.

But sadly that wasn't the case, it just made me really think about all of the people situations like like this have happened to :(

Oscar worthy and a classic for the future
1 February 2023
Went to see this film today and I loved every minute of it, I can see this film being a Steven Spielberg classic in the future.

The one thing that stood out to me whilst watching this film was the close relationship between a mother and son and it also showed that you should never give up on something you love doing despite what others think.

Another thing that stood out to me whilst watching the film was you should always take someone's view on another person until you meet the yourself.

Because the person maybe a completely different person to what the other person says about them.

Over all I really hope that this film wins an Oscar because its amazing!!!

Potential Oscar??
10 January 2023
Went see this film today and I have to say I really enjoyed it, all of the acting was great and I really loved the setting of the film.

Also upon watching the film I couldn't help but recognise the chemistry between Olivia Colman and Michael Ward they seemed to work really well together on screen.

The film shows a really good mixture of how over time a relationship can really grow between two people.

The other thing that really caught my eye whilst watching this film was the ugliness of racial tensions in the 1980s.

Seeing those particular scenes in this film made my blood sometimes boil knowing that this kind of perfetic and idiotic behaviour went on.

A Tragic Story
5 October 2022
Warning: Spoilers
Ana de Armas portrayed to role of Marilyn Monroe brilliantly!!!

I never really knew much about Marilyn Monroe, and I know that this film isn't 100% accurate...

But from what I saw in this film it showed she had a very difficult upbringing as a child.

Which led to her having a really tough time during her glamorous career, it just goes to show that a careers in films isn't all it's cracked up to be.

One thing stood out for me whilst watching this film and that was...

Underneath all of the glitz and glam of Hollywood was a girl that wanted a father figure in her life and wanted so desperately to be a mother.

This show is a must watch because one minute you'll be laughing out loud then the next minute you will be sobbing your heart out.

And there are some moments where you feel that Ben Whishaw character is talking to you directly.

Full of emotion
2 January 2022
Growing up in Liverpool I've heard A lot about this disaster and the woman who started the campaign for justice for the victims.

But sadly she died years before the victims got justice. It great to see her story finally be told all these years later.
