Point Break (2015)

Only the stunts were good , Rest a Big Let Down

This is below average . No story . Acting is very bad , Every character was half-written or not at all written. This movie is way below expectation compared to the original starring Keanu Reeves.There is no point to compare the original , the original was way above in the level of thrill , story and acting. This movie only has good locations and great stunts . Especially the cliff climbing and surfing. Much said , but if someone has to watch these picturesque locations or sports , switch to Discovery or Nat Geo channel and enjoy that. The lead actor and actress are wasted along with every other character. Very Abrupt ending . Trailer raised the expectations and movie was way below that . If want to watch wait for the Blu-ray and then watch only the stunts . Abrupt review ending as well.

Daddy's Home (2015)

Timepass Movie-watchable One time.

Its a usual Will Ferrell movie that has laughs at only when he is at his usual outburst. Mark Wahlberg adds up to the support and behaves same as he did in 'The Other Guys' , which also had Ferrell. The kids are irritating . Actress doesnot have much to do apart from looking beautiful , which she definitely is. Mark and Will have a good chemistry. Ending is not upto the mark. Will's Boss also has a laughable role (not pun-intended) in the movie. Character for the black Guy is funny. The scene at Basketball stadium had me in splits due to Ferrell's outburst. :) Overall: A one time watch which if you need few Ferrell Laughs.

The Revenant (I) (2015)

Very SLOOOOOWWW...Good Cinematography, No dialogues.and forgettable except the bear

The above mentioned caption is the highlight of the movie. Reason for watching this movie was only one. Leonardo got the Oscars for the very first time after being nominated for 6 times. But but but.. wrong movie and character to get him the big Oscar. A very simple revenge story . Dialogue writer(s) had nothing to write for Leonardo. the movie tried to cash in on Leo only. Camera work was not good. Whole time the camera was on the faces of the characters . Or the things which were in the movie.The survival of Leonardo was not logical after getting so much hurt(completely dead). Only 4 recognizable characters in the movie which you forget also, few minutes after the movie ended. Leo , Tom , Bear , AND the wallpapers(cinematography of sun , moon , trees , ice ) shown in the movie. Last word : didn't like it after so much hype.

Deadpool (2016)

Good SuperHero Movie (X-men Spin off) starring AntiSuperHero told from His Very Own perspective. Must Watch . FUN

This movie is a delight to watch . Its a different take on X-Men series. It relies more on humor and it balanced it very well. Kudos to Ryan Reynolds. Its a must watch. Supporting cast is good(Ryan's friend).

Villain(the lead from the latest transporter movie) doesnot have much to scare off.Actress is a bit of eye-candy. Dialogue writing is good , witty and funny. There are references to other movies characters as well. Direction is good. This movie is watchable than the rest of the movies release with the theme on survival on island or beach.. beat the heat with this one.
