The Scorpion King 3: Battle for Redemption (2012 Video)

People trashing this need to shut up

The Rock version cost 60 million in 2002, this one cost 5 million in 2012. It had some of the best acting I've seen out of a direct to DVD movie, a guy who could pass for Egyptian as its lead, solid action, an engaging story, solid writing, and is probably my favorite of all the Scorpion King sequels and possibly my favorite over all. If you want a big budget movie with an even less convincing casting of Egyptians than God's of Egypt, watch the first one. Me, I prefer low budget action movies because they didn't solve every issue with money.

I can't help but find it weird that 2 years after Anastasia Lin's movie by the same title, Netflix comes out with this. Seriously, was the 610 office involved in this movie?

Stasis (2017)

Mediocre, but at least original.

It was a fairly low budget movie with some pretty weak acting. That said, I really liked it. You are left to make your own conclusion as to the ending. As an amateur historian, I love the fact that surviving what was otherwise a crippling defeat was a sort of happy ending for the rebels.

Full Frontal with Samantha Bee (2016–2022)

Offensive and dumb

It is one thing to cherry pick your sources, but Full Frontal takes satire to a hateful extreme. The way pro-life America is portrayed is so blatantly false that I think she either spends time digging up the dumbest 1% of people she disagrees with or her interviews are with payed actors. To make matters worse, she just isn't that funny. Late night needs a female comedian. Samantha Bee has the female down, but she replaced the comedian part with political bullshitter. Some of the funniest, smartest, kindest people on earth are women. Samantha Bee is crude, dumb, mean, and simply not funny. The cherry on top of this whole time slot of badness is that she is Canadian. Did her sense of humor get frozen by their cold? OK, that last one is too far. Nobody can help where they are from, even Canadians.
