Runway 34 (2022)
Great story failed by the ego's of bollywood stars.
The storyline following the real-life events make for great cinematography.
Unfortunately the overdramatisation to pep the ego's of these stars spoils the movie. Such poor characterisation of surrounding characters to liven up their roles to the audience is disgusting.
The way they make other characters appear dumb to raise the profile deems selfishness of these stars, quite often at the expense of the real story.
Research is never really done to look into the depths of all the characters and all to just glamorise the roles of the big stars involved.
The story definitely deserved better and I am confident if they did it even as a limited TV series with non established bollywood stars, it would far outshine this movie which is played to the emotions of naive audiences.
12th Fail (2023)
Thank God no NEPO kids...
Such quality acting by the leads working on a brilliantly told story. A lot of the music in the movie reminded my wife of Satyajit Ray's trilogy. Both the leads will never win an award I'm sure, because of the corrupt dealings in the film industry.
One of the best ever from the house of Chopra. Its heartening to see a movie based on a real person, in truth, a biopic, draw you in with such intensity. Not many movies engage the lachrymal glands as this movie.
The supporting characters performance just demonstrates how if we were actually lucky enough to promote real actors rather than the NEPO kids, we could feel rewarded watching these movies. This is what drags you to theatres.
Bestseller (2022)
Bakwaas
Rubbish acting by all. Expected much better from a Prime production but it's an apology of a serial. The dialogues and storytelling is not worth the time. If you read this review before watching, save yourself some precious time - don't watch it.
Gangubai Kathiawadi (2022)
Rubbish production
Such a great storyline deserved better. Role of gangubai deserved someone like Sweta Tripathi, Radhika Apte or Samantha Ruth Prabhu.
When will we stop adoring these familial typical Bollywood starlet productions.
Waste of time this was.
Ajeeb Daastaans (2021)
Bollywood mature...
It's nice as an audience to be treated with maturity.
The 4 stories show how much we need to get away from the stupid network of the nepotism bound Bollywood families.
Each story has incredible casting and the actors young and old do justice to their roles.
The stories itself are very mature, in tune with reality of the modern India and is so much better than the rubbish spewed out in general by "so-called stars"
Sui Dhaaga: Made in India (2018)
Overdramatic and poorly handled
Not worth the time. David and Goliath story poor vs rich story in Indian society. Sharma unable to play the character the role required but support actors were very good.
Raazi (2018)
Decent story
Such rubbish acting from Alia. Would have been served well to have had someone who can actually act.
Great to see such high rating reviews but just wasn't my cup of tea.
One Day: Justice Delivered (2019)
Total rubbish
I'm not sure who wrote the other reviews but this is one of those movies where you feel someone did it to get rid of black money. Such a waste of time.
Kedara (2019)
Ganguly excellent
Not the run if the mill movie but reminded me of the days of Bengali productions being leaders in cinema.
It makes you think and follow the lead from Mr Ganguly as he leads you through a story where you learn of his failings and how the Zamindari armchair, Kedara, affords him the courage to actually lose our political correctness and say what he feels he should.
It may be a bit slow for some but the performances of Ganguly and Rudranil to me was worth the couple of hours.
Den skyldige (2018)
Must see
It is so heartening in the world of superhero movies to be witness to such creation. Kudos to the director for an edge of the seat movie.
I'm not sure why anyone would rate this movie down.

Well made copies
I think both these movies are good but they are copies from a Japanese movie called Suspect X. I wonder if any reference has been made to that movie. I feel it is great that such movies are brought to the Indian public but there should be an understanding that there is an element of plagiarism involved. The Indian public deserve to know where and how much credit needs to go to the right people.
