A travel across human relations and broken dreams
21 March 2009
Warning: Spoilers
This movie is about basically human relations, and the interaction between them. The main character is an old lady who at the twilight of her life starts a journey to her past, doing an analysis of how she lived her life. This journey is precipitated because of the sons economic crisis and his intentions to put her in a nursing home. It is a very honest look to some issues that we all ask ourselves at some point in life, and there is plenty of secondary ideas to discuss in this movie such as family legacy, real love, marriage or destiny. although this type of movie melodramas are nothing new, this one can be useful to watch it with family members to discuss some ideas. There is a good performance by the actors and the characters are very believable, but because of the time some characters are maybe not fully developed. I really recommend this movie for a quiet Saturday afternoon.

Very low elaborated movie

I really don't now how some people can say this is a good movie. -Good actors, bad characters. -Play with time like a 5 year old boy with a new Tonka Truck. -Is Script finished? -and i can go on all the morning but... i don't want to waste my life longer. Now i need 10 lines of comment.... OK The only part i like is Tomei jugs, even she looks old. Gun shots sounds like silenced, cool, only problem, guns were not silenced. Some people said "best acting of the year"... are you real? i saw the clock at 46 min. and nope, not acting at all. Just watch another movie, anyone, OK Not Barney...don't push it, even Grand Daddy Rambo is better than this.

This documentary doesn't help to heal the wounds.

I just want to say that this production is very one sided, breaks the impartiality needed if you want to be taken seriously.

There are no credits of the persons they interviewed, so you cant have an idea if they are worthy of being heard.

Tells the story from just one point of view. To do this is very dangerous, because the next generations learns the bad idea, and thats why wars keep coming. I know this is not the only reason about wars, but doesn't help either.

you can watch this documentary, but read in the internet a lot, before. Balcans are complex as human history is.
