Inhyeongsa (2004)
Great atmosphere , great K-horror movie
I really liked "The Doll Master". The atmosphere is unique,as the story is set in an old house,in the forest, which is a doll museum. I enjoyed the way the first scene set in the past was connected to the last scenes: we can actually understand the motivations of some characters and the why they act in a certain way.
One of the best k-horrors!
Les Misérables (2012)
Great musical and actors
"Les Miserables" is the first musical I have ever seen. At first, I found it difficult to follow the plot, given that I was not used to musicals. But after the first scenes, I appreciated and got used to the songs and music, I also watched more times some scenes to listen to the music again. The character voices were also really enjoyable.
A really good musical indeed!
Headshot (2016)
great action scenes
I really liked this movie, it offers great action scenes with Iko Uwais. The story is good and I was interested in knowing the protagonist's past. Aniway,I would have added the deleted scenes. As one of them, really explains the story behind the protagonist and why he acts in certain ways. So, great movie but you need to watch the deleted scenes to understand it even more.
Bereullin (2013)
finally a worthwhile spy thriller
I really liked The Berlin File because of different reasons. First of all in the movie we can see agents from different countries such as North Korea, South Korea, the Israeli Mossad, German and American police(the CIA). The main characters are well developed and we can also understand why they behave in a certain way or not. Therefore I am looking forward to watch The Berlin File 2.
Xin Su shi jian (2009)
first bad character for Jackie Chan!
Shinjuku Incident is a good movie, I really liked the set, which is Tokyo, and the cast too( with Chinese actors, Taiwanese actors and also Japanese ones). The main theme is about immigration and how immigrants live in a foreign country(in the movie most of them are depicted in a negative way as being criminals). I also appreciated the love sub-plot involving Jackie Chan and Jinglei Xu. Furthermore, I liked the way Jackie Chan fights; I mean in some movies he is unbeatable, while here he has his weaknesses and cannot win every fight.
However, what I did not like was the ending. It is unclear whether the Yakuza harms or even kills Eguchi's family and if Inspector Kitano will be able to use the files Jack gave him.
To conclude, I must say the film is really good and enjoyable, above all the theme and the actors. Maybe the ending could have been clearer.
Yip Man 3 (2015)
good movie and action scenes
Ip Man 3 is the third movie about Ip Man, who is interpreted by Donnie Yen.
I really enjoyed the movie because it is not only action and fights, rather it also focuses on Ip Man's private life with his family and wife in particular. Furthermore, I also liked how the fight scenes were made, above all the one Wing Chun v Wing Chun. So, in the third movie we see that Ip Man can fight and win against other Chinese martial arts such as Wing Chun, Thai box and box.
I would have given 10, but I expected a better use of Mike Tyson. I think he should have been given more space and a better fight against Donnie Yen. In fact, their fight only lasts 3 minutes and after it, he is not seen anymore in the movie.
In conclusion, I really loved this movie and I hope they will continue to make movies about Ip Man.
