I finished whole series in one day only because the story was interesting and I want to know what will happen in the end, but the pace of this show just too slow, and used too many holy songs and bible paragraphs in the dialogues. I was like "if I listen to one more bible paragraphs I'm gonna puke." so I was fast forward and skip all the religion things when watch the last 3 episodes.
I love the show "The Haunting of Hill House" and love the director's style ever since, but Midnight Mass just not very good.
Father Paul had a potential to be a interesting character , but when I found out he was really easy to be manipulated not only by the vampire but also his annoying assistant Bev Keane, I lost interest in this character. I would say the actress who played Bev did a good performance job and really annoyed me while I watch.
