Really wanted to like it...

But the characters were just awful people. i love will and julia in real life and many other roles, but the people the portrayed in this were just unbearable individuals and i was left feeling sorry for their fictional children.

Mythic Quest: A Dark Quiet Death (2020)
Season 1, Episode 5
This episode made the whole season better imo
12 February 2020
I was enjoying the first 4 episodes but it kind of started losing my attention, then episode 5 came out of nowhere, the first episode of the season i did not take my eyes off the screen! This episode made me rate the entire show higher, i gave it a 7 but without this episode i would have given it a 6. I like the other storyline and cast but if the writers are reading this, please intertwine more of the ep. 5 story or at least something random and engaging like this episode.

Woody Allen ripoff
21 September 2018
I enjoyed how pessimistic and witty the dialogue was...turning misanthropy and neuroticism into a sort of dark romance comedy, but after awhile I just kind of lost interest. Would recommend for someone who likes Woody Allen or Linklater's films but it's not for everyone.

Josie (2018)

Not bad, but disappointing
10 August 2018
Warning: Spoilers
This had a nostalgic vibe in terms of sexy female leading on an innocent man with good intentions and manipulating his mind, making him go crazy and behave totally unhinged and out of character...but you wanted to see her get punished in some way and it turns out she was powerfuly enough to continue wrecking lives and reaking havok for years to come...tragic.

I'm Dying Up Here (2017–2018)

Criminally Underrated!
14 August 2017
This show was an incredibly realistic portrayal of the 70's and it's criminally underrated by lame sources like Rotten Tomatoes (probably because it's very non-PC and shows an authentic dose of how much more crass social dialogue was back in the day aka lots of racial slurs). There are definitely moments of hilarity, but just because it is about comedians does not mean it's meant to just be a comedy show...it deals with lots of dark themes we all face in every day life (addiction, death, depression, failure...etc). Excellent show, can't wait for Season 2 because by the end of this last episode I was left wanting more and finally feeling intimately connected to each character.
