Malignant (2021)
A RIDE
I'm sorry but y'all are looking way too much into this movie, can't you just enjoy something? Oh my gosh whoever directed this movie should NOT by any circumstance stop consuming drugs, because this movie was one of the most entertaining supernatural horror movies i've ever seen. There is ALWAYS, and i mean ALWAYS, something happening. I couldn't take my eyes off the screen. It's CAMP! You all don't know how to have FUN! Very good. 10/10.
Kitz (2021)
Unlikable main character
The series was meh, entertaining and pretty well shot, the acting was below average at points. There's not much else to say about the show besides that i hated the Lisi character since the begging and i was never on her side, no matter how much the writers wanted everyone to be. She starts to ask all these huge questions like "what if Vanessa didn't send the message?" "what if she actually loved my brother?", AFTER Vanessa dies because of her. She's stupid and literally is the one to blame for Vanessa's death who didn't seem all that bad to begin with. I didn't care for the other storylines and characters honestly. Did not care for the cliffhanger neither given that the only mildly interesting character (Nessa) is dead now. So what's next? We're gonna have to see Lisi fight with Dominik in every single scene because she's unsure how she should be feeling? Meh. Pass. Really good location tho! Loved those mountains.
Why Women Kill: Kill Me as If It Were the Last Time (2019)
Speechless
I've just witnessed one of the best season finales i've ever seen in any TV show. That scene where the 3 worlds meet is just outstanding, beautiful, increidble, and everything in between. Such an amazing series, so well written and acted, i loved every single storyline and wasn't bored for a minute. This is how you do a show. Bravo.
Grey's Anatomy: Breathe (2021)
So many lessons
This is the best and happiest episode of the season for me. Lexie telling Meredith not to waste her life was a really powerful scene and dialogue. There are also some powerful images such as the Dr. Mother/Daughter combo crying and hugging while the patient Mother/Daughter combo are breathing on a tube behind them. I was also even happy for Maggie, who i can't stand very much. So yeah, very good episode with a lot of lessons to be learned.
The Wilds (2020)
The acting is amazing
The show is entertaining, i sure did enjoy the plot-twists, and i'm left wanting more. The way the story develops and progresses is very good and keeps you at the edge of your seat. The one thing i was really amazed by were the performances of the actresses, it makes me so proud to see young people in these demanding roles, really really really good job on their part. Can't wait for Season 2!
Ratched (2020)
Ryan Murphy's same old same old
There was a time when everytime Ryan Murphy came out with a new show, you just knew it was going to be good and interesting. Now that time is done, and every time he comes up with a new show, you know it's going to be the same 5 actors/actresses, beautiful cinematography, poor script, and that he will leave the project as soon as he finds other new and shiny show for him to work on (happended with Feud, Glee, Scream Queens, etc).
This one and Hollywood was a waste of my time, and i blame it all on Ryan Murphy, because the shows actually had potential. I'm not rating this 1 star because of Sarah Paulson, Cynthia Nixon and most of the cast, who gave excellent performances, and also for the production the show has. Other than that, my only input is that Murphy should retire early.
Grey's Anatomy: Save the Last Dance for Me (2020)
Bravo, Jesse Williams
This episode was filmed beautifully, there were very cinematographic takes and scenes and i instantly knew that it was directed by a person that isn't one of the regular Grey's Directors. Jesse did a great job, and the storylines this episode were also very emotional and good.
Grey's Anatomy: (Don't Fear) the Reaper (2018)
Constant chills
From time to time i forget what an amazing actress Chandra Wilson is because Miranda usually fades into the background for many episodes, but the last 15 minutes of this episode were giving me constant chills. Chandra was incredible. It's sad how award shows have forgotten that Grey's is still running, because performances like these are award-winning ones.
Grey's Anatomy: Who Is He (And What Is He to You)? (2017)
I love these little episodes this season is giving
I'm digging the concept of some episodes centered on just a few characters, to get to develop their archive better. Jesse Williams was amazing on this episode and so was Sarah as always. This season is all about the og's and i'm digging it.
Dead to Me (2019)
AMAZING.
It's SO good. Every single performance is incredible, specially the two leading actresses. It's hilarious when in needs to be, but raw and dramatic at the same time. Lowkey one of the best series i've ever seen and it deserves many, many accolades and awards.
Hollywood (2020)
Nice but rushed
The cast was phenomenal and it was an entertaining show over-all but it was so so so rushed. What were all the time-jumps? The script was very meh and most story-lines were predictable.
Big Little Lies (2017)
Stunning and underrated
I literally just finished the series and i have no words, i binge watched the whole thing in just a day, every single thing is so well thought, every camera shot, every word, every detail, everything. I really think this is one of the highlights of the year, definitely needs a second season.
