Complete Unknown (2016)
Complete unknown reason for this movie
This is a literally a very dark movie. If you want to watch a group of completely miserable people existing, this is for you. It does show today's world total lack of caring for anyone but yourself. It is not plausible at all. How does the woman qualify for all her jobs? Where does the amount of money needed to live this way come from? Does no one report her missing after she disappears each time? Let's just say her next identity needs to be a mental patient seeking treatment. The movie never really shows what caused her to abandon her family. Some background was needed to even care for the character. An extreme way to run from your problems. Depressing is the right description for this.
Two Tickets to Paradise (2022)
Love both these actors
I had looked forward to this movie since the two leads are favorite actors. They are always good. I'm just not comfortable with the huge push on their gay theme. It's just not the old Hallmark anymore. I noticed a several "woke dialogue" spots that I didn't agree with. It didn't click all together.
Evidence of Blood (1998)
Ok entertainment
This would have been much more watchable if not for the dreadful fake southern accent of Mary McDonnell. I'm from the South and they never come close on southern accents. It was an interesting movie but pretty predictable.
Signed, Sealed, Delivered: The Vows We Have Made (2021)
As Always, it lifts your spirit
I love this series so much. They never fail to lift me up. In this troubled world we are walking now, the new episode reminds you of the way we should live. Well worth your time with a lesson in every show. Cry, laugh, smile...things can get better.
Turning Point: 9/11 and the War on Terror (2021)
Heartbreaking
Absolutely heartbreaking and brought it all back with impact. It should never be forgotten and we should make sure the history is passed to our grandchildren and on. There were photos that I didn't remember seeing. The pain of those touched by loss is never diminished. I didn't realize so many are still unidentified. The first 3 episodes are well done. I felt it was leaning politically. It is what it is but hindsight is always 20/20. I still think we had to act with force. I don't think it would have mattered what political party was in power. You don't know how to proceed when faced with pure evil. This has become a no win situation and this film covers this well. It changed the way we live forever and took our innocence. Watch the political portions with an open mind but as we sadly see today, nothing is 100% truth with the media anymore.
A Promise to Astrid (2019)
Shed many tears
This is a sweet endearing movie about what God wants us to do for others. Actually seek out the needs of others and help all you can. Brings so much joy right back to you.it is a budget movie but the message is clear. I started crying the first 5 minutes and did until the end. Happy and sad! I recommend it if you want to be uplifted in our crazy world right now.
A Merry Christmas Match (2019)
Best thing about the movie is the 2 songs
This movie didn't have the hallmark spark. I did love the two scenes where the actress sings.
Christmas in the Heartland (2018)
Fun Family Friendly
Just nice to see a nice family film. Most Christmas movies are predictable but still a cute movie.
