The Mandalorian: Chapter 16: The Rescue (2020)
Best Star Wars Content since the original trilogy.
Can't explain how good this was, this season has been some of the best content and I was on the edge of my seat for this last episode. Dave Filoni and Jon Favreau understand how to make brilliant media, and they understand Star Wars and the fans. Can't get over the last 15 minutes, I cried a lot and yelled at the TV. Just watch it!
The Mandalorian: Chapter 5: The Gunslinger (2019)
How are people giving this a 1 or a 2 out of ten?
Wasn't a great episode, but it wasn't bad. It had character development, it had some action and some funny dialogue, such low scores should be for bottom of the barrel shows that don't look good, don't sound good and are just terrible, which this episode certainly was not.
You: A Fresh Start (2019)
People aren't actually like this in real life
I like the first season, but this was just... Weird?
I have NEVER met people like this and I've been to L.A. People you've JUST met don't suddenly treat you like you've always known each other and like you're best friends. I mean, I get the premise of the show is showing how some people are just too trusting and you never really know someone and what goes on behind closed doors, but these people are literally just TRUSTING this loner that's just moved to their city. Like I said, people aren't actually like this.
The Witcher: The End's Beginning (2019)
Slow to begin, but ends on a high. And that fight scene!
Episode is a bit slow to get into things, with some dialogue that isn't strung together too coherently and a few odd bits, but the episode comes together by the end and whoa, what a last 10 minutes! Henry Cavill is brilliant, the choreography of the fight scene is just brilliant.
Looking forward to the rest of the season.
Game of Thrones: The Bells (2019)
Not what people want, but since when has George R.R. Martin given fans what they want?
What do people expect, Danaerys to get the throne, peacefully? Everyone to live in peace? People would HATE that, no one knows what they want. I'm stoked with this episode, I was always thinking throughout the seven seasons 'What if Danaerys goes mad like the mad king? That's be an awesome twist!' and it certainly was. Great cinematography, great suspense and awesome job by all involved. How people think this deserves a 1/10 is beyond me.
Game of Thrones: The Long Night (2019)
The feeling of desolation is uncomprehensable
The best episode since Spoils of War, the feeling of dread and helplessness in this episode was all encompassing. Without spoiling anything, the way they show the army of the dead and their unstoppable force and the faces of fear on all of the people you care about really stirs something inside you and brings a sick feeling to the pit of your stomach. Amazing episode from the best TV show that ever will be.
