Infamous (2020)
Bella Thorn...downgraded
This movie is terrible! Whoever directed this movie made Bella Thorn look really bad. Her character did absolutely nothing but stupid decisions and doomed anyone who she talked to in the movie. The director did a horrible job. Ironically, the only accurate part of the movie is how obsessed young women are with social media. She was so concerned about likes and followers that from the first heist the movie, we all knew she was the worlds most stupid criminal. There wasn't one smart thing they did. I feel so bad for her boyfriend. What started as an accident turned into his demise. He knew she was very stupid yet he couldn't just walk away from her. Nobody in real life would stick with this woman. I'm embarrassed to be alive during the social media era. Today's youth would die so fast if our country was invaded or a virus broke out or if the country ever went to a civil war. I'm in my 20s and I've never used social media and never will. Today's youth will be blind before 50 years old because their entire lives are wasted on social media and mobile phones. Young women are so obsessed about taking photos of themselves and such drama queens if nobody likes the photos. It gives humans a bad name.
Anyway, this movie is so god awful. You'll just look away with a hand on your face turning left and right in agony as you watch Bella Thorn's character become the worst movie character in modern history. I cannot believe she would chose this role. Such a waste. I wanted her character to die the very first social media post she made of her very first robbery. Her boyfriend kept warning her and she was basically brain dead from social media obsession.
Watch if you dare! I would rate 0 stars if I could.
Non-Stop (2014)
The best of Liam Neeson since "Taken"
Non-Stop is a great thriller/suspension motion picture! This movie is tied with the "Taken" trilogy for ratings and non stop suspense. 20/10 hands down! If you don't watch this movie a person will die every 20 minutes from arrhythmia and cardiac arrest. please write a review after watching the movie so Liam gets his credit due for him.
Child's Play (2019)
True Chucky fans may have some questions.
No matter where Luke Skywalker goes, aka Mark Hamill, he always finds a way to use the force. If Luke had turned to the dark side, this is how it would have ended up. Mind full of evil, and very twisted, and a killing machine. May the force be with you Mark Hamill, always!
The original movie will never be out done. This movie is part remake and part modern day technological ideas. Some scenes replay along with the original film, and the characters have the same names. The huge difference in this one was that Chucky is a forever learning psychic super computer. He has to learn how to interact and eventually learn how to punish and kill. There is no soul in this doll, like Charles Lee Ray in the original movie. There is no human soul transfer into the doll. This Chucky was hacked by a mad manufacturer changing the doll's protocols and safety barriers. The programming is hacked with this military like microchip that turns this childs' toy into a weapon. It's exactly like how the toys in the movie "Small Soldiers" were created. They were upgraded with military microchips that gave them thoughts and decisions and emotions. Don't worry, they don't fry Chucky with electromagnetic pulses.
Mark Hamill did a pretty astonishing job voicing Chucky in his own unique way. They could have brought back Brad Dourif as Chucky, because it's really hard to watch Chucky with a different voice and no human soul transfer. Maybe they asked Brad to return and he decided to retire as Chucky or he just wants to keep his version of the Chucky series going. I certainly am curious where this movie goes from here.
Anyway, I sure hope they don't make a sequel to this film but they might if enough people see it in theaters.
I would rate this movie 6 out of 10 overall, 4 out of 10 for scary, and 8 out of 10 for the alternate ideas veering in a different path from the original movie.
You be the judge. Write a review and let's compare. Have fun Chucky fans!
I wonder what a high budgeted remake of "Hellraiser" would be like?!
Ozark: The Gold Coast (2018)
Amazing and Suspenseful! Almost comparable to Breaking Bad.
The Ozarks is the second best show on Netflix and should be available to people who still watch cable/satellite television. They are totally missing out on a developing classic. Breaking Bad was created with AMC and is the best thing going for Netflix. This show, Ozark, is definitely the best Netflix Original TV show. I can't wait for season 3. It has been grueling waiting a whole year for Ozark season 3. I just want it to hurry up already. I won't spoil anything for the people reading this review, but Jason Bateman is at his best. He is playing a serious role but still finds a way to add his witty, funny, sarcastic personality that we all know him for. He definitely deserves Emmy's on both seasons. He was robbed of them. He was nominated but some other joke TV shows got the nod. Laura Linney, and Julia Garner also deserve Emmy Awards and higher awards as well.
To those of you who don't think Breaking Bad can't be matched in greatness. Just give this show a try. It will make it to season 5 no doubt just like Breaking Bad did. The difference is, Breaking Bad concluded its story telling us all that needed to be told. There was no need to keep going on more seasons. It was a show that wasn't cancelled. It just finished it's story in 5 seasons. It was perfect and is definitely the best show of all time. Now, Ozark, it can go many seasons or it can do exactly like B.B. did, conclude in 6-7 seasons if it wanted to. This show after 2 seasons, it is on the way to being the second best show of all time. Please give the show a chance and spread the word to your friends.
If you look at all the episodes on IMDB, you will see that all the ratings for each individual episodes are rated 8 or better. Now how many shows can you say has that kind of rating on IMDB. Not many. You will not be dissapointed. I give this show 110 out of 100. I have watched the first 2 seasons 5 times now and I am sure I will watch it again just before season 3 comes out in August.
Beavis and Butt-Head: Top o' the Mountain (1995)
There was a time when this was appropriate and acceptable
It's such a shame the "me too" movement happened. Men were and still are the kings of this planet. Look what happens to Beavis and Butthead when they are just trying to do what nature has always intended. Humans could one day go extinct because we allow woman to say no. This is a pretty funny episode of Beavis and Butt-Head, 20/10
Beavis and Butt-Head: Tainted Meat (1994)
This is why you wear a condom
This is one of the funniest episodes of the series! This is what happened to Justin Bieber. Too much meat that he ate at the club. 20/10!
The Walking Dead: Sing Me a Song (2016)
People with Egos Deserves to Die
This is why I will never care or be friends with someone who has an ego. People with egos are the most dangerous kind of people. Selfish, self centered fools deserve anything bad coming to them. They don't listen, they don't help others, they want to be the center of attention, they care about their own success and no one elses. Carl has turned into that person. In real life, 99% of US citizens and 90% of other countries citizens are like Carl. They don't care about other people. They would laugh out loud or inside silently when people die. They don't feel pity or remorse. They do not stop until they are the best at everything. We all knew that Carl would do something stupid and selfish like confronting the Saviors. We all knew he would get caught. This situation was super predictable and quite frankly it angered me to watch this episode. The director has made me lose all respect for Rick and his son Carl. They're both like the rest of the people in the real world or Walking Dead world, selfish!! I give this episode a low rating because the director didn't even try to surprise the audience with a new twist. He did exactly what is obviously going to happen when a selfish kid tries to kill a nazi like group such as the Saviors.
This was very disappointing to watch Carl get captured and make life harder for all the people back at Alexandria. Without even considering the consequences, Carl puts the relationship between his community and the Saviors in even worse condition. Neegen punishes everyone and will probably punish the entire community because of of Carl's actions. I mean did Carl really think he could kill Neegan and get away unscathed. He obviously didn't think this plan through and that's a classic example of what selfish people are like and what stupid things they do. Carl didn't care the pain his family and friends would suffer once they learned he was captured or killed. Ugh! I can't stand people like this. I have zero selfish friends for a reason. If I were a leader of a community, I would evaluate every person first thing and decide if they had any selfishness in their soul. If they did, I would banish them from my community! Zombie apocalypse or not. They would be sent out to defend for themselves. That's what they want anyway, right?!?!
Watch this episode at your own risk. It will be upsetting to watch Carl, a kid, throw his life away. I give this episode a 2/10 rating.
The Walking Dead: Try (2015)
Rick the Typical Real Life Officer. An Unlikeable Episode.
This is probably the worst episode of the season. Rick is a fool. He has serious anger problems and look what it's done to his reputation. In this episode and the few before it. Everyone who disagrees with Rick or doesn't share his opinions, they are highly criticized by Rick. Rick is out of control. He argues every little thing and will not mind his own business. Couples fight, sometimes they even get violent. But when the victim doesn't want Rick's help, he just won't take no for an answer. I know Rick is the main character of the series, but I have no more respect for him. I don't like what the creators of the show have done with Rick's character. They've made him crazy. Ever since his wife died, he has been the most unlikeable character. He went crazy at the prison. He got Beth killed with his stupid planning. Now, he's going to get himself exiled from Alexandria. He points a gun at everyone after he's told not to kill Pete numerous times. He criticizes how the leaders run the community and unleashes his anger and immaturity instead of expressing himself privately without everyone watching him make a fool of himself and damage his reputation. You will find this episode painful to watch if you like Rick. He is a moron and thankfully Michone shut him up before he could make it worse for himself by firing off his mouth or potentially killing someone. He's exactly how 98% of real police officers are. Reckless, cocky, and thinks only he has the answers. He thinks he's above the law. Just like real police officers. Nobody becomes an officer to help people and the community. People who become officers are natural control freaks and love the power given to them. That's the only reason why people become police officers.
I give this episode a 3 out of 10. The way officer Rick is portrayed is very realistic of real life police officers but the way the creators damage Rick's character is very upsetting. Leave your own review and let's see who else agrees that this wasn't a very good episode.
Kidding (2018)
As Great as Shameless and Weeds!
If you love Jim Carrey funny or dramatic, you are really going to like this show! Showtime has done it again. Weeds and Shameless are great shows. Move over though, there is a new show ready to claim first place in Showtime's Hall of Fame. After season one, I am dying to see next season! Most shows take forever to get going. This show takes off in a very impressive fashion. If you don't have Showtime, you can still watch it for free any dozen free movie/tv show streaming site like Putlocker. Streaming sites are legit and legal as long as you don't download the material. However which way you plan to watch it, I highly recommend this TV show!
