Well Enough for what it's worth
29 June 2023
Yeah, it's not the greatest film of all time, but don't skip that bit with the director at the beginning. He explains to you why it's not: they had no budget. Not a LOW budget, but ZERO. Everything was filmed by the cast. There was barely a script. Most of the lines and even half the actions were improvised. That makes the dialogue feel more real instead of reading from a script and using infliction. For a movie with zero budget and an improvised script it did well enough. And THEN you take into account how long they had to CREATE THE FILM. 11. Not eleven months. Not eleven week. ELEVEN DAYS. You try making a horror movie on location with zero budget and an improvised script in just eleven days. You couldn't do better. They did very well for what it's worth.
