Great series, but it takes a while to pick up the pace
28 July 2023
I got really suprised by the development of this series. Forget the first bad reviews. You got give it a chance beyond the obvius and slow start, because it takes a while to pick up the pace.

It's a great show and the last 3 episodes will hit you hard. This series it would be a 9/10 if it had 2 or 3 episodes less, but it was still worth it.

It's based on a true story that you can easily find on Youtube, but I believe they have made some changes wich were for the better. This show is not about you finding out what is going on with Tom Holland's character, because you quickly realize that, but the history behind him.

Another Netflix woke "documentary"
25 May 2022
Warning: Spoilers
Basically, this woke "documentary" is all about a bunch of weird, fat or ugly people who felt "discriminated" by A&E, who only used to hire hot, white, young and beatiful people to work for them. So, the company was considered "guilty" for targeting a specific group of people.

Apparently, these people could not buy from another brand, so A&E, a private company, should be forced to produce clothes for fat people and hire non-hot guys and girls. Two specific parts caught my eye:

1) a black woman, right on the beggining, says how wrong seemed A&E targeting white and thin people when she herself admits that used to wear clothes from brands which were also notoriously known for only targeting a specific group of consumers, the non-thin black young people (ex: FUBU). So, for her, it was ok for those brands, but not for A&E.

2) when the CEO said, in an interview, that he was looking for the "cool kids" and that was considered as something unaceppateble thing to say (???), extreme offensive words, almost a crime...

I could say another unbeliveable ones, but i think its already very clear for anybody why Netflix is declining so fast...people are sick of all this woke BS.

They ruined Craig's legacy
9 November 2021
Warning: Spoilers
They just killed the man who never dies...

There are a lot of meanless woke things, but you can easily ignore them, they don't interfere with the experience. But the final...how did they aprove that? Giving a family to Bond, i think, it was a good way to close Craig's legacy. A final mission before he steps out of scene for good and goes live in peace with the woman he loves and now a daughter. They should have stopped there. Why would they think that Bond fans wanted to see the man who never dies giving up in the end and dying? That was an unforgivable ending and it ruined everything.

Disappointing. Is this movie really about the Sopranos?
4 November 2021
Can anyone explain what relevance the character "Harold" had to the movie or the sopranos' saga? Basically, half of the movie is about him and his BLM-style rise, but that has no relevance for the show or Tony Soprano's story.

This Is Us: Forty: Part Two (2020)
Season 5, Episode 2
3/10
Bad start
31 October 2020
Warning: Spoilers
We all know that Hollywood is liberal, but c'mom man...

Randall, who always loved his family and it was very much loved by his parents, now realizes, at the age of 40, thanks to BLM, that all his unhappy is because his family was white. It doesn't matter all the loving involved before and that the show had told us, during 4 seasons, that his breakdows were because of his sense of control and the tried of replaceming Jack taking care of the family.

Kate starts apologizing to Randall just because he complained about being a black person in a white family, even if she doesn't understand why she is apologizing and even if she had always treated him with love and suport.

The producers replaced the Pearson family's life by the daily news.

Very bad start of season, I hope they forget the politics and start to remember what this show was all about...
