Very well done and quite educational

This is one of the best paranormal documentary-type series I've ever seen. The real life exorcism experiences of these real people, reverends, etc., are introduced and told in a nice clear concise way, and the acting out of these events are always quite well done too, unlike a lot of other series where the acting is often obtrusive and not really believable. My impression is that the director definitely knows what he is doing.

I've learned quite a bit about real-life exorcisms from this show and really appreciate that and the show's overall very high quality. All I can say about the disrespectful reviewers who criticized and made fun of this series is that they don't seem very smart and/or don't have very good taste.

one of the very first 'married at first sight' plots

With the casting of a young William Holden as well as a young Robert Mitchum in two of the lead roles, this movie can hardly go wrong. They both capture the imagination in a gorgeous, charismatic, natural sex-appeal way that acts as a kind of aphrodisiac throughout the whole film. Loretta Young as the object of both their affections isn't quite as drop-dead stunning as her male leads, but she does have a certain charm and way about her that's always welcome and enjoyable to watch. Gary Gray is cute as a button and very likable as William Holden's young son, so all in all these four lead characters along with the movie's titillating premise make this production quite a feast to behold, even when the writing and dialogue falls a little short at times.

Anything to Survive (1990 TV Movie)
What a way to start a career!

Matt LeBlanc was so fantastic and memorable in this great, living-it-as-you're-watching-it, movie. As I understand it, this movie is what basically launched his career, and I can see why.

The Stand (1994)
Very eerie, strange, moody tale...

I never would have imagined putting Gary Sinese and Molly Ringwald together as a (romantic) couple, but for some mysterious reason it seems to have worked really well. I found myself quite moved in a couple of places, which was a nice surprise.

I was also amazed at how perfectly cast Laura San Giacomo was as 'Nadine.' Very scary, almost too scary like it was real life, not acting. Corin Nemac was also good as 'Harold,' the unsuspecting victim of her super scariness.
