Defending Jacob (2020)
Keeps you on the edge of your seat
A fantastic adaptation of the novel by William Landay, and you find yourself so invested in the story and the characters without even realising it. Really incredible acting in this show, they really carried the story and portrayed the complex relationships between the characters perfectly. You find yourself loving the characters but also hating them at the same time. Not one main character is one-sided, they all have faults, that in the end are the most important. The culmination of the plot over the episodes is really well done; they don't seem to miss a beat of the story and it constantly gets you thinking about what you would do in the character's situations. A classic who-done it but with such depth that it doesn't seem like a murder mystery but more like a work on complex interconnections between characters. I loved how each episode conveyed so many different ideas and that each of them had their own specific themes and plots. The editing and music in this show is great as it really assists in creating a tense mood which impacts the audience as it is an appeal to empathy. Every episode gets darker, more complex and the acting is superb as you can really see the fantastic character development. Perfect ending that really fits in well as it is cohesive to all the previous instalments. Most importantly I think it makes you feel something and it allows your imagination to grow as the ending can be interpreted in different ways and I think that is the beauty of it, as it makes the audience think. Really impressed with this series and you should definitely watch it, even if this show doesn't seem to be your style, trust me you'll love it.
Avengers: Endgame (2019)
Stunning, emotional, funny and a great culmination of 22 movies
Avengers Endgame is an amazing film, full with big character moments as well as epic and hilarious moments. An emotional roller coaster is one phrase you can use. It has an amazing balance of humour and emotion as well as action packed adventure moments that make the audience clap and cheer like hell. I mean seriously people were clapping. While Avengers Infinity War was more of Thanos' story, this one is all about the original six Avengers and the sacrifices they make to bring everyone back. Because if they can't protect the earth, you can be damn sure they'll avenge it.
The movie is so rich and full of life and manages to touch on each character so well. The way each character copes with loss of perfectly fitting and has fans on the edges of their seats. These feelings are carried throughout the film, all the way to the end giving each character a perfect arc. For many moments I couldn't stop laughing and in some I couldn't stop crying. The Russo Brothers really overdid themselves on this one. This movie really shows how well Marvel planned their series of movies. Now looking back to the first Iron Man film and all the other original films it is so amazing to see how all the pieces of the puzzle fit together. Although I do suggest watching a few Marvel films before seeing Endgame I do think the movie does a great job at explaining itself and what has happened but not in an overloading way as if it was a recap.
Please do not look at spoilers, there are so many surprises and epic moments that just have to be viewed with the whole movie.
Overall, it is the best movie I have ever seen. A beautiful culmination of 22 films and so many characters and complex relationships.

Dragons: Race to the Edge: Triple Cross (2018)
Best episode ever made!
This episode was extremely enjoyable for me, mainly because it was so well the done. The voice acting was phenomenal and the plot was amazing. This episode has a lot of feels to it, especially the ending, it still brings tears to my eyes. Viggo Grimborns character is put into so much detail, and so is the relationship he has with other characters. Viggo is a character with amazing manipulating skills and is very intelligent. The voice acting is very very well done, and the quotes he says are beautifully done. The graphics, the plot, the characters were just amazing and this is by far my favorite episode I have ever watched in this series. I recommend watching the all the episodes, HTTYD 1 & 2 before this one to truly understand it.
Dragons: Race to the Edge (2015)
Wonderful series for all ages!
For someone who loves the How to Train Your Dragon Francaise like me they will enjoy this series very much.
The first 2 seasons were a bit boring and there wasn't a very good plot and there wasn't much character development. But from season 3-6 it was a very impressive series. The characters themselves were put into a lot more detail and there were twists and turns you could never see coming.
Some of the more recent characters like Viggo Grimborn and Mala were very engaging. Viggo is a very lovable villian throughout the series mainly because he is very intelligent and makes an impact to the other characters especially Hiccup. Mala is a very strong female character that was very well spoken and very well done.
The relationship between characters such as the relationship between Astrid and Hiccup was also well done, and added a lot of depth especially in the last season. Fans like me loved all the Hiccstrid moments throughout the series.
I also love how we pay more attention to more miner characters such as Tuffnut and Ruffnut because they are given very little detail in the movies. Another thing i love is the soundtrack. The HTTYD francaise has always had amazing music and they nailed it throughout the series.
The character development was very well done in preperation to HTTYD as we get to see different perspectives to all the characters.
The revealations were built up through a period of time and kept fans on the edges of their seats to see what would happen, and to develop many theories.
This series was very thought out, fans realised this in the final season when they explained some very important details and facts about one particular thing that I will not say so that you can discover it yourself.
Overall, this series is a very enjoyable series and was a great bridge between HTTYD 1 & 2. I recommend this series for 11- bascially any age, because adults I know enjoy this series very much.
