Golden Kamuy (2024)

Great live adaptation

Hope everyone stuck around after the credits for the cut scene. The scenery, costumes, and acting was on point. It kept the humor I loved from the anime. Anime fans would be delighted. No fan service so far lol but still a solid live adaptation. The actress was a bit older than I imagined but I can understand why they chosed a older actress for the main female. I look forward to the next installment and hope Golden Kamuy fans support this so we can see it to the end. Awesome job! Up there as one of my favorite live adaptations. The screenplay writer did a excellent job bringing it alive. GOLDEN KAMUY.

Causeway (2022)

Solid story ends with cliffhanger

I enjoyed this slow burn drama. Lynsey seem to be running from her problems instead of getting through them till she meet James, the mechanic shop owner after her truck breaks down. Lynsey was injured in military and James had a car accident with his family that had an casuality which caused the desolation of his relationship and him to have one leg. Their friendship help Lynsey finally stop running and start appreciate the people in her life now, like her brother and her friend James. They have up and downs in their friendship but in the end I like to think things ended up good for them. You have to make your own ending unfortunately lol great movie the 2 main stars were phenomenal.

The Woman in the House (2022)

This was awful and very cliché. Acting terrible, plot terrible. Might have been more watchable if it was a movie instead. I do not recommend. Too cheesy to be enjoyable.

Euphoria (2019– )

Too much nudity

Way too much nudity and many of the scenes seem unnecessary. Only watched 2 episodes so thats what my rating is based on maybe it will be more story base and less raunchy later in the season like the first season was.

Fena: Pirate Princess (2021)

Not what i expected

Fena the maiden should have been the title because pirate princess did not fit this at all. Seem interesting in the beginning but fell flat in last 3 episodes.

Dune (2021)

Sound quality mess

The music quality was a mess. The SFX and music was overly loud while the actual character voices were low. It weren't level at all. That aside the so called few action scenes were so dull and uneventful. The actual story it self was told in the most boring drawn out way to where i dosed off twice during the 2 hrs and 30 mins adaptation. All to lead up to an ending that was predictable and ofcourse incomplete because of the set up for part 2. Do not recommend this movie unless you a die hard fan. Nothing was done well in this film.

Ali & the Queens (2021)

Simple sweet coming of age story

I thought this was good. He didn't get the lovely reunion he hoped for but he found new friends and family on his journey which made it worth while. He found a new life and learned to let go of things he can't change.

Honestly i didn't see any proprogano just think people over reacting and too sensitive! But watch this series its the right amount of romance, action, gore and plot to entertain a wide range of viewers. You won't disappointed.
