Evil Dead Rise (2023)

What I expected (and was not dissapointed)

This is why I go too the cinema, to be entertained and have a bloody good time. This movie delivers on every aspect horror fans want in my opinion. If you are looking for a deep plot or very deep characters go watch something else.

This movie to me felt like an evil dead movie, it might be predictable but it doesn't matter, this movie didn't let up, it does not give you time to breath (almost) something happens almost all the time, and the characters to me were likeable enough for you to root for them. Ofc there is gonna be a few dumb moments but am not suprised anymore since horror movies seems to wanna have that to create suspense and to make something happen but there was very few of them so it's all good. One thing about this movie that I absolutely loved was the atmosphere, the stormy weather outside of an old and claustrophobic apartment, A+. Thowards the ending also suprised me, I was not expecting to have a the last of us moment (if you know you know)

If you wanna have a good time at the cinema, this movie is for you!

The Last of Us: Long, Long Time (2023) Season 1, Episode 3

Perfect, just perfect

This episode, does literally everything right, the first 2 episodes were amazing, but this was just perfect, I was speechless. The dialog, the atmosphere, the music, the scenery, the acting, the connection between the characters, I am in awe.

I can't think of any other word except for perfect, heartbreaking and beautiful for sure. I also feel like this episode is somewhat important, just the way it's done is something people need to watch and experience.

People might think that I am calling it perfect for other reasons, maybe the action but it doesn't have any of that almost, it's a slow phased episode dwelling into human nature, needs and loneliness. And it does so in the most beautiful way possible. And for someone who is a part of the LGBTQ community, this might hit me harder than for others who isn't, and I can understand that, but go in with an open mind and pay attention, for some people this might be boring, but to me it's far from that, I found it to be better than the first 2 episodes even though they were absolutely amazing too.

As someone who also is a diehard fan of the games, they have changed a lot from the games, but is still able to stay true to the games nature and still hit you just as hard, bits and pieces takes you right back into the game, one example is the dialog, and it's amazing.

I dont think there is anything they could have done better, they did what they could and I give them a lot of credit for that, it was well written with so much homeage to the original. Loved the dialoge, it was smart and interesting. It does keep you guessing til the end.

The only thing it lacks is on the believeable part, people might think thats dumb to say because you know it's a sequel/requel and it's «traditional» hack and slash movie only smarter.f But it's just missing something the old ones had which made them more believeable, BUT nonthless a good movie and it's worth checking out! Ghostface is back baby!

The Walking Dead: World Beyond (2020–2021)

Growing on me.

A lot of the reviewers here are right, not a particulary good show and is nothing near the walking dead (2010). There is almost no blood so far and the script is sometimes very cheesy, BUT the show is growing on me, and am still curious to see what will happen, I think we need more biting and less talking, cause thats almost all they do, and the script alone is clearly not gonna make this a better show so might as well throw in more gore, they are zombies after all, they eat humans not vegetables.

I was also missing the atmosphere this type of show is supposed to give us, apocalyptic and a feeling of hopelessness and claustrophobia which the original the walking dead was extremely good at, cause this show is not scary AT all, am sure most kids from 10 and up can watch this show without a problem.

Childhood memories!

Watched this recently again, and absolutely loved it. Great for kids, AND adults honestly, it's fun and soo entertaining, wish they made cartoons like this these days, and i know that might sound stupid to say, but they don't.

These types of cartoons back in the day were so heart warming and fun, it's not like that anymore, it really isn't, and am not just saying that because i feel nostalgic. There is something so great about old cartoons, and this is absolutely one of them.

The Last of Us: Part II (2020 Video Game)

People are being way to critical about this game!

I honestly do not think this game is bad in any way, people are just mad because it wasn't made the way they wanted, and by now it just seems like people love to hate it, which I think is stupid.

I gotta admit, this game isn't quite like the first one, and makes you feel a little bit different, which I think is okay since the first game is about love and this is about hate. I can admit that a few things (not many) was indeed a little bit dumb, but overall this game has great graphics, great gameplay and a good story, and I do think people should try to play it themselves, cause you do get invested in the story, and it's a great journey.

I think the characters are likeable also, which is good. I even startet to like some of the "bad" ones too, which I didn't like that I did, but is a good thing.

I personally think it's worth your money, give the game a shot.

The Last of Us (2013 Video Game)

Games doesn't get any better than this,seriously.

My first review, and for good reason: This game actually changed my life. I know that might sound weird, a game changing your life? yeah right, but it's true. I have never played a game before which makes you feel the way that this game made me feel. It has everything you would want in a game, horror, drama action, even some comedy etc.

I first played this game in 2014, and since then, I have played this game over and over, and almost everyday I listen to this games soundtrack og even watch it all over on youtube, because I love it so much. Two of my best friends, which also are girls (that might sound dumb to say but most people I know who plays videogames are guys) watched me play this game, they never play video games and doesn't like it in general, they loved it so much that even when they got home from visiting me, they watched the whole gameplay on youtube.

For those out there who hasn't played this game yet, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?? you need to play it, or just watch somebody else play the game, you won't be dissapointed.
