The Haunting of Bly Manor (2020)
Borefest
I took at least 3 naps throughout these episodes. I thought it was pretty dumb to use the same actors from haunting of hill house to act in this one with accents, why? Waste of time.
Terminator: Dark Fate (2019)
Over Hyped
For the people who are b***hurt on the negative reviews. You apparently don't know that a review is entirely subjective and that not everyone has to agree. For this overhyped movie, how can anyone say that this one is as good as the first 2? You are meaning to tell me that the now T-100 that is apparently evolved into a family man compares the same killer terminator in the first? And also starts a curtain installing company with these stupid little one liners about curtains? "Are you kidding me?!?! It's absurd, laughably absurd. Whoever thinks that this deserved a 10 will rate anything a 10 and not ever give credit when it's due and when it's not. I am so disappointed in this movie as I am a big fan of Arnold Schwarzenegger and he's made a lot a cool movies. Sorry, this one is a stinker. I gave it a 2 because at least the REV-9 was decent.
The Walking Dead: Ghosts (2019)
It was better than the first 2 episodes
I have to admit, I started watching the show with low expectations and I was almost certain that this episode was going to be another crap sandwich that I was going to bite into, but I will say - I was actually into this episode; especially with the Negan scenes. To be honest, if Alpha would lose that ridiculous country accent, her character would be more believable and intimidating. My only wish is that Negan would somehow get to be one of the leaders. Negan in his hay day wouldn't put up with this crap and he would put on a better show rather than the others pandering to whatever Alpha wants. Carol needs to go, to many issues this character has and it's played out and exhausting. I liked how there more involvement with the walkers. That's it for me. Let's keep it up AMC, hopefully good episodes will continue.
Busanhaeng (2016)
Impressed
I got to tell you, I was very impressed with this movie. It's a good solid zombie flick. The ending was pretty cool too.
Primal Rage (2018)
Buying a time machine to get my time back
I honestly can't believe I made myself sit through this train wreck of a movie. The Patterson bigfoot footage from the 60's had a better costume than this one. It was as if Bigfoot in Primal Rage was a mix between a baboon and Rambo with using a freaking bow and arrow. Oh my god, and the 2 main actors were about as exciting as watching a turtle cross the road. Now don't get me wrong, I love watching Bigfoot movies but this one did not cut it for me. Look, it's me, not you.
Maximum Overdrive (1986)
Good Ol Solid Classic
I grew up watching this movie and I enjoy it more each time I see it. Yeah I agree, there are some corny scenes here and there but overall, to me this is a solid 10. People under estimate how good some these actors are and there's nothing like watching a nostalgic movie. No need to remake either as that would ruin the classic essence of it.
The Walking Dead: Lines We Cross (2019)
Stunned.......
How are people rating this episode a 10? We have see this same script over and over again. The Walking Dead has lost its zombie vibe long ago and I think there is no going back. This show had a great thing going at the beginning because we felt a connection with the original characters and now I'm emotionally numb. I feel that I need to keep watching because I have vested so much of my time over the years but I don't know how much more I can take. The script writing is absolutely terrible now and it's this show is on its last leg. Very disappointing to say the least
