a made for tv who done it that's a cut above a tv movie.

Warning: Spoilers
I think there was just something about this movie that made it a bit more high quality then most tv "whodoneit"s. Maybe it was Brian Dennehe who I'm not all that familiar with but from what I have heard from people he's pretty much great in all he's in. And he was very compelling in this thriller of an attorney, representing a woman accused of killing the wife of her ex husband. He thinks she's innocent but she won't lift a finger to try to defend herslef so he delves into an investigation, trying to find out the truth.

I had not wanted to see this but was drawn into the room because-hey-it was exciting and suspencful. You really, watching this want to know what is going on and who the killer is. This movie doesn't need to rely on cheap gimmicy effects, there's both drama and a sense of intrigue. I'm not saying this is oscar caliber-far from it-but it's great tv viewing if you want good acting and an interesting mystery.

My only criticism is-spoilers-

Some questions do not get answered at the end. There are loose threads and things that are not explained as fully as they could have been. Certain things stay baffling and a bit of a puzzle. Stll a good movie though in many respects, Dennehe creates a credible and interesting attorney who steals every scene.
