Not bad, but it's no Annie Hall
11 May 2002
This is the first Woody Allen movie I've seen, but I'm willing to bet it wasn't his best. I was glad I saw it, and it wasn't a waste of money, because it gave a glimpse into how movies were made, which was interesting. Also, the acting was good, and there was some slapstick comedy, as a result of Allen's hidden blindness. And there was definitely a plot, unlike some movies these days. Still, there was something missing, but I can't quite place what it is. I would recommend it, but it's no classic.
