I think the movie deserves credit for a lot of elements like great action sequences (worthy of Matrix / Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon etc) and also an inspired choice of Hrithik as a superhero...i don't think many other bollywood heroes could have carried it off...
I think where it loses out is by having too complex a storyline, too dragged out in parts and by not giving its characters (other than Hrithik) any depth...
there are one or two funny sub plots (like the one with the ghost) but overall i think if they had polished the movie up, reduced the length and focused on the action / superhero element, it could have been a great movie.
