I think that if you are a fan of the TV show, you will love this movie. If you have never seen the TV show, well, you may be mystified at why anyone would make a movie of this.
I thought about 30% of this movie was some of the funniest stuff I have seen in a long time. At the opposite end, about 10% was just unwatchable--I could have done without the excrement, and worse. The movie has been called gross and disgusting, and it certainly earns those adjectives.
However, Spike Jonze and the various "senior citizens" having clothing fallout--absolutely inspired. There was a lot of this film that I couldn't stand, but a few of the parts made the whole thing very worthwhile.
