Interesting psychological drama, but loses on logic !

That's sibling rivalry, stretched to a limit ! Amrita Singh gives an incredible performance, as a dominating female, right from her childhood days, while Juhi Chawala, as a demure, submissive , homely type, is convincing. She shows her transformation from a humble, forgiving type, to a more assertive one, when it comes to retain her status, and of course, her husband, played by Jackie. But some how, there arise some logical questions, like why does Reema allow Roma, to stay in her house, knowing her ways, and her dominating nature, fully well ? The entire plot line revolves around these 3, and Jackie's brother, supportive of the lady of the house. Amrita has used her eyes, and her seductive beauty to the advantage of the role, and has shown the shades of negative character quite effectively. Juhi looks beautiful, and acts well, Jackie has also done well as a torn husband, between his former love, and current, doting, innocent wife. If only, the script writer would have tried to handle the plot line, by including some logical change of events , rather than turning it into a melodrama, or the cliché , end of the other woman, intruding in the lives of the gullible couple, it would have been perhaps, more convincing ! Over all, a different type of a movie , tolerable from the acting point of view .
