Madhav Apte is an upright human being. He is always reminded by circumstances around him that he is the odd one out for not bending the rules. Problems seem to never go away, be it daily water problem or the rampant bribery that goes on everywhere.
The pressure keeps mounting upon him, until one day he flips and happens to go on a rampage realizing that the fear of death gets things done. Along the way he meets people who make him realize that what he is doing might not be the correct way.
A very well directed film. Excellent characterization, very authentic. Sometimes gets preachy, and thats the only one that loses it for me. Otherwise it would have been a 10/10 from me.
