Not every movie has to be explosions and Uzi's. This is a nice movie. And that is nice in the way that you recognize yourself on screen as the characters unfold. There is a lot of humor, & warmth that builds. This is a family that starts out in trouble, in a neurotic American way that we have all come to recogonize. But the resolution of those problems are just flat out funny because they are flat out honest. some of the lines are quotable and funny. Moments when you laugh out loud at the screen. Nice shouldn't necessarily be a bad thing if it gives you journey that you recognize yourself, laugh at yourself, and even dare to have a happy ending. There, I spoiled it. Hooray for the movie that embraces its audience and gives you a fun, free for all ride!
