This is a great show. A really simple idea, you vs. the obstacle course. Open to anyone, see a WIDE variety of competitors from serious athletes to people trying for their 15min. with no hope of making it through any of the obstacles. The good news is that the first round eliminates the clown types who go out with a spectacular and or comic wipe out. The serious competitors advance on to the next stages that get even harder to the point where sometimes no one makes it to the final stage. It's nice to see a show that is not the usual group of contestants that back stab each other until the last backstabber left is the winner. I'm surprised that there is no American version of this, but then if there were you would have to eat something nasty and then dance with a star or a penguin.
