CSI: Miami: Triple Threat (2007)
Season 5, Episode 18
Great episode involving the complexities of crimes committed by people with identical DNA
12 September 2008
Warning: Spoilers
This is a great episode addressing the difficulties but not the impossibilities of prosecuting crimes committed by persons with identical DNA (and appearances). Its of special interest to me because I have identical twin sons (who are part of a set of triplets) and a friend's mother was murdered by an identical twin prior to tech advancements and that person literally got away with murder.

I did note one blooper in the episode... as the triplets were being escorted out of CSI at the end of the episode, they focused the camera on the third girl, while one of the others was getting into the vehicle in the background, with her back to the camera. The other girl had her hands interlaced behind her back to suggest being handcuffed, but there are no cuffs on her wrists.
