Of course this is not a legendary TV show, people talk about. And it never was.
But it doesn't have to be to be good entertainment. I enjoyed the different focus on the work of the police: In most crime shows the heroes are detectives or members of some special unit, whereas the uniformed officers are treated like nameless extras, only good enough to suspend police lines or block a road. Adam 12 depicts their work as also important and thrilling.
And since the episodes jump from one little climax to the next instead of leading to a huge one, they're very relaxing to watch.
I would really appreciate it to be published on DVD.
