This movie had potential but in the end it fails to deliver. It certainly looks good, and they did a great job of creating a post-apocalyptic looking world. I also liked the idea that each of the different characters represented a different part of the human soul(leadership, memory, curiosity) and therefor had different roles. The idea for the story was interesting but overall the movie is too short. I certainly would have liked to see more character interaction in between all the action scenes. Take the movie WALL-E for example, despite the fact that the little guy almost never talks, there is enough time spent in the beginning of the movie where we get a sense of his personality and the world he lives in.
Overall, this film focused to much on the action and visuals than on plot and character development. And as for the ending, well, I felt that it came too quickly and without enough explanation of what was going on.
