I do like Nickelodean in general, I love Rugrats, Angry Beavers, Ren and Stimpy, Rocko's Modern Life and Wild Thornberrys(yeah I seem to be in the minority who does love this show), but I dislike shows like ICarly, ChalkZone, Zoey101 and Rocket Power, and Spongebob is nowhere near as good as it was. Doug is by far one of the better Nickelodean shows for many reasons.
I for one loved the concept. It was about reality and real people, as others have pointed out, and this worked wonderfully. The animation is excellent, the music is great, the writing is funny and even touching and the stories are simple yet fun. The characters are also very endearing, especially Doug, who is one of the best title characters in any Nickelodean show, and the voice acting is superb.
Overall, this is another favourite of mine. I just wish it would be brought back. 10/10 Bethany Cox
