An interesting misfire

So you're a paramedic who finds a blood-covered woman in a dumpster. Because she is excessively shouty and jittery, you take her home (nearby) to clean her up. This is when you discover that she is a hottie who has amnesia, although it turns out that her name is Danika. You give her some of the clothes your ex-girlfriend has left behind. The next day she gets serious jitters. You think she is some sort of drug addict. However, when your ex-girlfriend turns up and Danika bites her in the neck and drinks her blood, it starts to become clear that she's actually a vampire. Who requires regular feeding...

This movie makes a wholehearted attempt to succeed as a horror comedy and, indeed, there are moments of genuine horror and moments of genuine comedy (rather more of the latter, and at least one of both). Something about it doesn't quite jell, though.

It is interesting to see Jason Mewes performing quite successfully away from Kevin Smith (with just as many f-words as usual, however), and Erica Cox is very fetchingly clothesless, if silicon-enhanced, as Danika (who seems to be quite a nice person except for her tendency to vampirise people to death).
