Just as good as the first one, if not better.

I enjoyed Bambi II, just as I enjoyed the first one, which was great, but I think this sequel is slightly better, which most people may disagree with, but this is just what I think. I like how they put this movie right in the middle of the first one (hopefully not spoiling anything) and it's a good little kinda "intermission" sequel, and it possibly had the longest wait since the first one, which came out in 1942, this one just 2006. And most people would think the first one is better because it was amazing for it's time. Since I'm not that old I wasn't alive back then, but I still really enjoyed the first one when I saw it out on DVD. But this one still has some characters you just hate, (especially the porcupine) but most of them are enjoyable. It is good for the kids, and if you saw the first one back in the 40's, you'll probably think the sequel is OK. I'd recommend it for fans of the first one anyway.
