Warning: Spoilers
I look at this type of show for entertainment value. Putting aside the fact that Amy's psychic visions are amazingly close to Steve's detective work findings, I love watching the story unfold as the why and how of the haunting's history unfold. I wish the guy that covers up all the pictures would be more involved. The few comments that he makes give the impression that he's the skeptic who questions what appears to be unfolding before him. I'm not adverse to cursing at all, but Amy has a bit of a potty mouth. Probably 1/3 of her words are bleeped out...a bit unprofessional. In 2013, she's been taking a bit of holier than thou attitude. In one episode, she is insistent that the owner of a very old plantation house needs to tear it down. Rightfully so, the owner is indignant about the ridiculous suggestion and says he is not going to do it. In another episode, she and Steve throw all kinds of attitude at a man who ran a haunted house attraction. They didn't like the fact that he was making money off of the dead. Unless she and Steve are working for free, they're doing the same thing. She also throws a lot of attitude toward ghost hunting groups when she's doing it herself. It's gotten to be a bit hypocritical and annoying.
