Superman and the Reappearance of Kryptonite
7 February 2015
If there were a real Superman, could one imagine the constraints on him. The world would be lining up to ask for favors, never letting up. So we have the reclusive, lonely man. To try to show appreciation, he is forced to sit while the world adores him. Not really in his nature. While the plans are being made, Jimmy decides to go off half cocked, pretend he is a telephone repair man, and invade the lair of a very dangerous crime boss (no shortage of these around Metropolis). He is discovered and forced to drink a truth serum (really!) and he betrays the knowledge of Kryptonite and that some of it is in the bay in a lead pipe. When Kent walks into the office with the lead pipe with the stuff inside it, the bad guys are waiting for him. In what proves to be a pretty satisfactory conclusion, Superman acts. There is also the usual problem of Kent being around at the same time Superman is. He has been asked to interview the Man of Steel on television. How will this come off?
