Refueling the excitement...
4 September 2015
Talk about high octane, this is a first in the "Transporter" series. Frank Martin(Ed Skrein) is doing his usual thing; transporting whatever, whenever, to whoever. His father(Ray Stevenson) is a retired spy who gets caught up in his son's affairs. A mysterious client(Loan Chabanol) pick up on Frank's offer to help. Only to have his father kidnapped in the process. Along with 3 other cohorts, the action gets more fun by the minute. Anna is seeking revenge on her boss who put her through literal hell. Through all the lies Frank sees, she was very helpful though. The fight scenes are still intact. The driving is always intense. And the technology is better by the minute. The only "old school" around is the story of "The Three Musketeers". I liked the blonde disguises. It made it worthwhile. I know there was some cheese factors in the movie, but Ed Skrein taking over Jason Statham role hits the mark. The movie is good. But unbelievable. 2.5 out of 5 stars
