I really enjoyed this episode. It's probably because it first introduces Glory, who is undoubtedly my favorite villain from the Buffy The Vampire Slayer series. Next to The Master, and The Trio made up of Warren, Jonathan, and Andrew.
In this episode, a woman arrives in Sunnydale looking for something called The Key. But the key to what? Meanwhile, Buffy investigates to see if there is a supernatural cause to Joyce's illness. While performing a ritual to find out if there is something evil in the works, she discovers that there is something not quite right about Dawn. And the gang helps Giles re-open The Magic Box, and he hires Anya to work in the store.

Overall, I give this episode a 7 out of 10, which in my ratings book is: Great.
