Warning: Spoilers
"Super Clyde" is a 25-minute short film from 2 years ago. The title character is played by Rupert Grint, who is still fairly famous because of his role in the Harry Potter franchise. The only other cast member I knew here was Stephen Fry, who does a great job as usual with what he is given. The director/writer team were in charge of the known television series "My Name Is Earl" in the past, so they are no rookies at all. Maybe this is also why this little film here turned out so funny. The first half is great. The second half is good I guess. I must say I cannot see any great (comedic) talent in Grint, but he still does an okay job and same applies also to all the supporting actors in here. There were some really funny scenes. If I read correctly, this was intended to become a series, but sadly did not get picked up. Quite a shame. The prospect of a weekly dose of Stephen Fry alone would have been enough for me to keep watching. I recommend "Super Clyde". Well done to everybody involved with this project.
