NCIS: New Orleans (2014–2021)

Patience can change your perspective of the characters

Although, as of now, it is my least favorite of the NCIS series, after reading some of the comments regarding "all the hating" I can only comment:Keep your pants on and let things settle in. I think the network erred by rushing things from the get go. We're all use to the smooth interaction with Gibbs and his cohorts. Likewise with the LA gang. But most of us thought the death of Kate, played by Sasha Alexander was likely to spell 'cancelled' for the NCIS, certain that no one could step in and fill her shoes. Yet it not only survived, it flourished, with one of TV most loved characters possibly of all time: Ziva, who earned her permanent spot no later than the 3rd episode. I will admit some discord with LA and the addition of Deeks, who took somewhat longer to fit i, but they gave him a reason to be there and a reason to stay. It was not really clear for Sonja. IMO she's had to overcome the networks errors of either not giving the original group enough time to meld together themselves nor starting out with them from the beginning. Her part was dropped on us. She didn't get there very naturally. I think we/she just need to hang in there. (Although how tough is it to be the worst show of one of the best franchise of all time?) And for the record, I love the reincarnation of Sasha Alexander in Rizzoli and Isles. Kudos for showing her ability to play two very diverse characters.
